I was made to feel unwelcome, judged, and humiliated. No customer should be treated that way. Based on how I was treated, I believe this may be discrimination in a business open to the public. Idaho treats that as a public-accommodation issue. The Idaho Human Rights Commission says businesses open to the public cannot deny the full and equal enjoyment of goods and services on the basis of sex, race, color, national origin, religion, or disability. The IHRC also says initial inquiries are confidential, it conducts a neutral fact-finding investigation, and an administrative complaint must be filed before a discrimination lawsuit can be brought in Idaho. Because the IHRC warns that cases are harder to investigate when discussed publicly, I will leave the remaining details for the formal complaint process. The legal/process language in this version tracks the IHRC's public-accommodation and complaint guidance. This was degrading, hostile, and completely unacceptable, and I will be pursuing the proper channels

They know their stuff, they aren't pushy, and the store itself has WAY more items than you might think. They have a lot of things I usually would order online because you wouldn't expect to find them locally. Suppressor mounts and hubs, flashlight tape switches, good, high end NVGs, steel targets, and they personally test a huge majority of the gear they sell - and then put up well made YouTube videos with the results. If you've ever bought an NFA item from a shop and then had them sit on your approval for days or weeks... another sigh of relief with ECG. From what I can tell, they strive to get notifications out to customers the day they get the approvals from the ATF. No games like I've played with a lot of other NFA shops over the last 14 years.
