Maybe if you didn't assume your customers were stealing just cause of the color of their skin and a few tattoos and you might actually start making some business. We were greeted by a few friendly employees when we entered the store. This store is a little smaller than some of the other locations that I have been to, as it did not have a ferris wheel in the middle of the store, but they do have a cafe that sells coffee and tasty sweets. There is also a bowling alley, which cost only $1 for 5 frames. My husband and I ended up playing a round each while we visited. Our visit was fun and pleasant. We enjoyed browsing the store after playing a short round of bowling. If I lived in the area, it is most likely that I would be a regular.

Their customer rewards programs runs great--the clerks always ask your phone number, you don't have to nag or beg them to add your bonus points to the rewards program. Other chains, customers seem to know more about their program than the employees do--here it is just the opposite--the rewards program works just like it is supposed to--and the employees support its use.

My three year old loved the little stuffed animal area under the stairs! My only complaint is that they didn't have any cool shirts for my husband.
