I then went to ask for help from another employee, who was just standing around doing seemingly nothing, in finding a size 4 and a half for my daughter and he was incredibly stand offish and rude. Maybe if you didn't assume your customers were stealing just cause of the color of their skin and a few tattoos and you might actually start making some business. Prices weren't even good, walked out empty handed.

This location is in the same plaza as Ross and Boot Barn, with plenty of parking. Scheels in general is a dog friendly store, so I visited this store with my little girl dog and my husband. We were greeted by a few friendly employees when we entered the store. This store is a little smaller than some of the other locations that I have been to, as it did not have a ferris wheel in the middle of the store, but they do have a cafe that sells coffee and tasty sweets. There is also a bowling alley, which cost only $1 for 5 frames. My husband and I ended up playing a round each while we visited. Our visit was fun and pleasant. We enjoyed browsing the store after playing a short round of bowling. If I lived in the area, it is most likely that I would be a regular.

We were helped right away and not given any shoes we didn't want. The man was clearly very knowledgeable in running and shoes. We got multiple pairs for a great price- one pair of hokas was nearly half the price of what it was when we looked online. Such a great experience!

They…read moreship shoes to you for free if they have it in another location--have done this several times and the shoes always arrive on time, the right style, and the right size. Their customer rewards programs runs great--the clerks always ask your phone number, you don't have to nag or beg them to add your bonus points to the rewards program. Other chains, customers seem to know more about their program than the employees do--here it is just the opposite--the rewards program works just like it is supposed to--and the employees support its use.
