From the moment I slipped into their Revitalign Gaia Walking Shoes, I knew I had finally found relief. For years, I struggled with knee pain, trying countless insoles and 'comfort' shoes that just didn't cut it. The orthotic support in these shoes is perfectly designed. It's firm where it needs to be but still feels cushiony and comfortable. My arches feel properly supported, and the stress on my knees and hips has drastically reduced. Highly recommend!

They don't greet you when you walk in, and are very put off when you ask any questions. When I was checking out the girl pretty much just tossed the shoe box at me and continued talking to her friend. For such a nice store, the employees really bring the value of the store down. Quite disappointing. However, I'm happy with my new shoes, but won't be back to this particular location. I'd rather drive to the DSW in Cedar Park, or shop at an entirely different shoe store in Waco.

I used to work in a grocery store and after about working there a month I talked to a guy who worked at another grocer. He suggested this company to purchase shoes. That was because I was getting blisters and blisters and diabetes are real trouble. The shoes average about 200 here. However they last me about two years on average. The ones I was wearing in today were still good walking shoes and about 2.5 years old. These are my only pair of shoes. I came in today because I needed a new pair w slip resistant soles for a new job. One reason I never have had blisters w these shoes is they do it like everyone once did in the old days. They got out the foot measured and measured the length and width of your foot. I never have had any problems with the upper. It has always been the sole that wore out first. The inner soles can be removed and replaced. The man suggested that should be done about once a year. They also give you an extra set of shoelaces but mine have never broke. They will give you more shoelaces if you need them but I never needed to ask. They sell handbags belts and other stuff but it does cost a bit. You do get what you pay for and quality of product and quality of service does matter sometimes. I would rather pay a bit more here and get shoes that fit than possibly get blisters and have wounds that slowly heal up. Though quite a bit pricy these shoes in my experience last as long as about 2 pairs of name brand from a regular show store. Sometimes quality deserves a higher price.
