I bought from them because they had the color product that I wanted, even though it was a bit more than other stores. After I placed the order, they added on a $15 duty fee which was annoying. The product took a long time to arrive from europe and when it arrived it was damaged. Also, the product had no original tags as I would expect for a new product. It (backpack) was in a plastic bag which was wrapped in another plastic bag. No wonder it was damaged. When I asked for a replacement for the damaged product, they started what I can only describe as a deliberate attempt to make me give up. They wanted pictures, which I sent. Then they wanted ME to put in a claim for shipping damage, rather doing it themselves. Then they wanted me to ship the product back to Europe at my expense and they said that it would take several months before they could address it. DO NOT buy from them. Seriously.

Do Not buy from TRADEINN! worst customer service in the whole world. If you have an issue like I did they 100% refuse to help you or refund you. They respond to bad reviews by acting all concerned but that is all a front to make readers think it's all good. In reality I have had many correspondence with them and I am still out all my money and don't even have the broken item because I took it to the post office to file a claim like they instructed. They scanned it refused and took the package. TRADEINN then tells me that UPS (not USPS where I took it because they left it on my porch) shows it delivered without incident, yes it did to USPS. TRADEINN will not help you plan and simple! consider yourself warned DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

I bought a Motorcycle item from Motardinn that's part of the Tradeinn group of companies, because the price was so good AND it was showing IN STOCK on their site. It turns out they did not have it at the time! They got it in stock 10 days after I had ordered it, and despite that, they would not refund me at least the $10 shipping cost as a sign of goodwill and ignored all my email requests. They MISREPRESENT whether they have the item in stock and how long it will take to ship it. BE CAREFUL! And then if you try to figure out what's happening, they continually ignore your questions and just cut and paste replies out of some training manual that has nothing to do with what you asked. Now, TWO WEEKS past the original delivery date, I still do not have the item nor any meaningful tracking info that at least says when I can expect to get it... It would have been faster to order from China!!!

Avoid XXXX INN like the plague. Their advertisements are bait and switch. I thought I was going to buy two Orbi satellites (WiFi 6) and they only sent one. the price I paid was about double of a single that can be bought at legitimate companies but the price was just under double of most other places so it seemed like a good deal and they would accept slightly slimmer margin. However after a month of waiting for the product they only shipped me one unit. They said their advertisement had a typo and they would give me $40 for my troubles. Im out $190. Unfortunately this company seems to be based in Spain so I'm not sure how to bring them down except for letting people know they are managed by dishonest scum bags who deserve jail time

This is a joke very horrible customer service I lost a lot of money for junk and they charged me 100 dollars to ship my order back which is almost half the price of the product absolutely ridiculous. read more

I couldn't find any soccer shoes in my size (14) near me at all, so I resorted to using this European website after making sure they accepted returns from Canada. Their site makes it clear they must receive returned items within 30 days of the day the item was delivered to you in order for a refund to be issued, so of course when the pair I ordered didn't fit I filed a return and shipped them back as soon as I could. Exactly 30 days after the package had been delivered to me I find it's been re-shipped back to me from Spain after Tradeinn refused to pay customs and duties. Their site says I'm supposed to be responsible for reimbursing those charges but obviously that necessitates that they pay them in the first place, so that, you know, the return and refund process can actually occur instead of just wasting my time and wasting the extra money I spent on fast return shipping to make sure my package would get back in the required timeframe. I checked my return's status on their website and find that even as of now my return request has STILL NOT BEEN PROCESSED by Tradeinn! I have to conclude that that's why my return was turned away, though when I tried to contact these dimwits they couldn't even be clear on that. This means it's actually impossible to get refunds even though they say 'easy refunds' on their site. Their site also says return requests are usually processed in 3-5 days. Well, it's been a month now and it's obviously impossible to return a package in 30 days if they won't even look at the return you filed within 30 days. It's completely diabolical. Customer service was entirely useless, not easily accessible to begin with, and only wasted my time. I feel like I got robbed of $340. This group is completely incompetent and unprofessional. I hope the site is shut down. read more

Horrible experience. Ordered a wetsuit that was manufactured 3 years ago, but wasn't disclosed on their website. The wetsuit arrived damaged and signs of disintegration. They refused to take the product back. Go elsewhere for your gear. read more

I ordered some running shoes from runnerin which is managed by tradeinn. I was charged full price for brand new shoes, but when the shoes arrived they looked like they had been worn and the bottom of the shoes looked like someone had walked in them before. I went on runnerinn to write a negative review about my terrible experience with them which NEVER got posted because obviously they blocked it as they only want positive reviews. DO NOT BUY from this website. They will send you used shoes and charge you full price for brand new ones. read more

Just like everyone is saying, this company is a scam. My package was lost with UPS, i filed a claim stating it so that the company could see that it was indeed lost. I ordered on Nov. 21st 2024 it is now February 20th 2025 and I have not received any answer, except that they are talking with the shipper, this is beyond unacceptable, I spent $220 on my order. Don't buy anything from this company. It's a scam!!! I bought a fishing rod from this company but received a broken item. I always buy "Route Shipping protection" So I filed a claim for a damaged product but it was denied? How is that possible? I purchased a new rod but received a rod that was broken. Also, I purchased the insurance just in case a situation like this. However, when I explained the situation that rod came broken it was denied for any customer service and said that shipping protection fee was to be refunded back to me. How is this possible? I purchased ahead on the time of purchase, but the insurance purchase will be refunded when I made a claim about the broken rod that I received. I really do not feel this is fair at all and there needs to be something done as i paid for a new rod but received a broken one. I sent so many inquiry about the current situation, but i have not heard anything back. I also requested for a return and refund but they never responded I can't believe that a company this big would provide such poor customer service to avoid responsibility for an $80 fishing rod? Of course I paid for a new product, but if they accidentally send damaged one to customer, shouldn't they allow the customer to return it and get refund? Buyer beware--at least if you're in the US. The TradeInn.com website may look like a US company, but it's actually in Spain--and they're happy to sell you an appliance that won't work in the US! I purchased a small appliance and was horrified when it arrived and the box said it operated on 220 volts, which is the voltage used in Europe. US voltage is 110 volts and you'll wreck a European appliance if you use it here. I turned to Customer Service for help--but they replied time and again with totally irrelevant non-answers. To be fair, maybe their first language isn't English, but they clearly never read my messages or didn't understand them--though their replies were in impeccable English. I told them they shouldn't be selling appliances that won't work in the US to customers in the US and asked them to take back my appliance and refund the purchase price and shipping. When they finally understood my question, the answer (from their lawyers!) was an unequivocal "no." They invited me to ship the appliance back to them--bringing my shipping costs to more than the cost of the appliance!--and then, if I'm lucky, I'll get a refund for the cost of the appliance. Not a word of apology or sympathy--all they did was point the finger of blame at me! Is that the sort of company you want to do business with? Based on my experience, TradeInn.com is all about pocketing your money and it doesn't care a hoot about customer satisfaction. Steer clear! read more

Bought some swimrun shoes at close to £80 from runnerinn having used other tradeinn platforms previously without issue. Postage was £5.99. I ordered the size I always order, but on this occasion, this particular brand - which is not a mainstream brand - was not true to size, meaning I would need the size below (through no fault of my own). When I looked into returning them and getting them exchanged, it turns out I'd have to pay over £11 for the return postage, and then another £5.99 for postage on the new pair. So over £23 in postage just for one pair of shoes. This isn't acceptable. It's not like I ordered the wrong size - the sizing of the shoe is just incorrect. I contacted tradeinn and they didn't seem to care or take my point on board - they just said they sent the right size, completely ignoring the point I made, hence this review. Based on this experience, I won't be ordering from them again. They'll need to resolve this issuemore professionally to win back my trust. read more

This is SCAM. Everything is fraudulent. Products are not as described. They force you onto one of their local website, and then ship the package from another country without telling you know and you find yourself having to pay huge customs for a product that you didn't order. SHAMEFUL! THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN YEARS OF ONLINE SHOPPING!!! I advise anyone NOT to buy from this site!!! In short: I place a fairly expensive order (over 200 EUR) for Christmas presents buying several products with a delivery date of 19-20 December. I go to pick up the parcel on 21 December and am told that the parcel was never delivered. I check the website and realise that the parcel has not even left TradeInn's warehouse, as some products had not yet arrived (contrary to the previous communication). The parcel was therefore late and I had not even been sent an e-mail informing me that I would not receive the presents by Christmas!!! I got in touch with customer service and received zero assistance, zero apologies and not even a hint of a compensation voucher or the like. I therefore had to buy back all the Christmas presents. But it didn't end there, when I asked for the parcel to be delivered to another address (as after Christmas I would no longer be at the address given) I was told that I would have to pay the shipping costs to my home, which are higher than shipping to the pick-up point. I categorically refused and only after dozens of e-mails was I granted the possibility of receiving the goods at my home address at no extra cost. But it doesn't end there! I receive the goods at the beginning of January, I realise that an article sent is wrong, both the size and the pattern. I point this out and ask them to return the wrong article and send me the right one. I am asked to take photographs of the article, I do so, and not content with those sent I am asked for further photographs: only on my umpteenth refusal am I granted the possibility of making the return which - I read on the site - will take about 3-4 weeks. I recall that the mistake was TradeInn's in sending me the wrong article and not mine! In all this there is not even any mention of the possibility of me receiving the right article!!! I therefore assume that I will have to buy it somewhere else. I had also requested in the return email to be able to return the trousers purchased with the same order with the same shipment as the size was wrong. I asked for them to be returned in this way as the return on TradeInn is subject to a charge (8EUR) and, after all the inconvenience caused to me, I asked if I could avoid this payment. Of course my request was not even considered and I never received a reply. I AM LITERALLY AMAZED AT HOW A WEBSITE WITH SUCH CUSTOMER SERVICE STILL MANAGES TO STAY UP. read more

they advertised a size 11 shoe on amazon when it was really a size 4.5, then they made me ship it back to Illinois and then said it was stuck in customs and they have to wait to receive it back in Spain, But in the end all I did was lose time and they never refunded my money . - Sep 4 order placed; DHL EXPRESS shipping (CAD $225.99) - Delivery to your home estimated between Thu. 07 Sept. and Fri. 08. Sept - Sep 6 not even shipped - delay issues; as TradeInn did not have the product ("We should receive the item very soon." was the response) - Sep 7 TradeInn claimed the parcel was shipped. - new estimated delivery Sep 10 (still ok) - Sep 8 - DHL confirmed having the package - Sep 9 - DHL express asked to pay additional CAD $192.03 for tax and duties (tax is only $17 - the rest are additional DHL handling charges) (TradeInn claimed they could not include these additional charges in the original cost, as it is determined at the entry point to the country - clearly not, as the package did not even left EU yet and the charges were preset). - expected delivery moved to Sep 13. - original Canada Post shipping cost was the same time and would have been substantially cheaper. - DHL charged for handling fees twice - on the top of it - there was a huge hole in the box - fortunately content does not seem to be damaged - but careless handling by the courier. - BikeInn (TRADEINN RETAIL SERVICES S.L.) falsely claimed that duties could not be calculated in advance - yet they were calculated by DHL prior to leaving EU and arriving in Canada. Amazon for one has that option too - and if there is a discrepancy - that is handled by additional credit later on. but regardless - 400CAD for shipment that is severely delayed is ridiculous. I only chose DHL express because it was supposed to arrive by Sept 7 or Sept 8. TradeInn ignored this and refused to return the express delivery charges for non-express shipment. read more

I never received my product, and though satisfaction is guaranteed or your money back that doesn't happen with this company. Each time I inquired where my item was I got a Toni email saying to track it. The tracking just says "in transit". A 7 day shipping time turned into 30 and still I received nothing. Ordered 2 pairs size 6Y sandals. Received both pairs but one pair is the wrong size. Only solution offered was to give refund for the incorrect size sandal but the extra shipping fee charged for the 2nd pair was not refunded. But I need 2 pairs, to get the 2nd pair I will have to make a new purchase and pay full shipping fee. This will set me back close to additional $20. Given their track record getting the wrong product again is very high and then I will lose more money. Even after numerous email exchanges, chat, phone calls they stick to their ridiculous scripted policy and refused to send the replacement even though it is their mistake. Request to speak/contact with a manager was flat out rejected. The phone calls costed me another $15. At this point, I just have to cut my loss and never deal with this company again. TradeINN operates a number of related web storefronts: snowINN, bikeINN, diveINN, swimINN, and so forth. I ordered swim goggles from the swimINN storefront. My experience was not as bad as many other reviewers. My order was processed right away. I got an automated email with a tracking number the day after my purchase. My order shipped from the Netherlands. It was in transit for 10 days, and delivered within the estimated delivery window. The problem: the goggles were not tinted. The webpage showed tinted swim goggles and used the phrase "Lenses: smoked" in the description. Other than the lack of tint, the goggles were exactly as described, and arrived brand new in the package and in perfect condition. However, I specifically chose to order from swimINN because they were one of the only places where I found an offer for the model of goggles I wanted with tinted lenses but a clear strap. So the main feature I sought was not actually delivered. And now, like others, I am finding that it is not worth the expense of shipping a return overseas. read more

Worst company I ever dealt with. I bought a very expensive cycling Bib from them which started deteriorating after a couple of months. Craft, the manufacturer, wouldn't help and told me to deal with the retailer. This is the biggest problem with this company, their support is inexistent. Good luck trying to deal with a normal human. 30 emails back and forth and 1 year later, the partial refund they claim to have done never arrived. I'm convinced they're lying and don't care about repeat business. Luckily I learned my lesson and will never shop here again. I'm sure REI and local bike shops have no problem taking my hard earned cash. read more

No idea that they are outside of US when ordered since the website looked legit until I received the invoice and photos stating they've been shipped. I ordered workout gym shoes and they arrived 2 weeks later. It was packaged securely and not damaged at all. read more

Prices are great but be ready since they are selling everything, - they will likely send you something different from what you ordered. I ordered two bike wheels (set rear and front), - and got two different rear wheels. Instead of return they proposed 110$ compensation, - I accepted but once tried to sell realized, - that 2nd wheel is different model and different size. What a waste of time. read more

This has been the most ineffective, non-personalised customer support I have ever encountered. All I wanted is to give them money to receive a product (mtb lights) that they have in stock and on two occasions they have taken that money and for some unknown reason on two occasions they have cancelled the order and refunded the money. There were then several emails to and fro in an attempt to successfully purchase these lights without them sending me a cancellation of the order two days later and refunding my money. Once again they didn't even address my primary concern of actually purchasing their product and sent me an automated response that couldn't even get the correct figure in regards to the refund. I now have no choice but to provide this negative review of their company and give my money to their competitor for a product that they still have for sale online. They've certainly over promised and under delivered on two occasions for this customer and I will never return to purchase anything from them in the future. read more

My order (29889187) was placed April 28, 2022. Delivery chargers were applied for delivery from Thur May 12 to Mon May 16. BIKEINN sent an email that an invoice and parcel were created May 10. They supplied a link to TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT. There has been no updates to tracking information since. I have attempted to make contact through the BIKEINN website. It always comes up as they are not currently on line. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM IT FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I ordered a pair of Apple HomePod Minis from TradeInn or TechInn. They were sent from Spain via NL post. When they arrived in Brazil I was told that I had to pay 60% import duty plus some other charges before they would release the merchandise. I refused to pay and so the package was returned to send to sender via Holland. It has been sitting in customs in Holland since December 16, 2021. TechInn was initially responsive to my emails asking me to wait and mentioning that they would process the reimbursement request within two weeks of receiving the merchandise. However, the last two months they have ignored my messages. I'm not sure whether TechInn will respond to this review but I urge all potential consumers not to buy from TradeInn, especially if you live in Brazil! read more

I wish I could give it zero stars. I bought a wetsuit from this website over two weeks ago. It was scheduled to arrive within the past week. It did not arrive. I finally reached out to customer service after the last day in my window of potential delivery dates. Their reply to me was that they just shipped it today, and I will receive it in 7-10 business days. So, Atleast another two weeks. Horrible service. Horrible communication. And it does me no good since I leave for a dive trip tomorrow. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. read more

Dreadfull customer service and will not refund over 200 euro worth of gear lost in transit. I ordered wetsuits on the 16th of February which were sent to the wrong country and lost in transit. In early March the delivery company (GLS) confrimed that item was lost and a claim needed to be made by TradeInn for a refund. I contacted TradeInn on the 8th of March about a refund. After waiting for hours on hold and out of countless calls that never got through to customer service, I managed to get through a grand total of three times, one of which I was hung up on, each time no further information was supplied, and I was told the request for a refund was being processed. My emails have been left unaswered. Now, I cannot get through to their phone line (only open until 1pm Irish time) when I call. I've also tried contacting via Twitter to no avail. if you actually want your expensive items delivered don't use this company, even if theyre discounted. You get what you pay for. read more

This company is a total scam, I bought a ps5 in late 2020.. and have tried time and time again to get a refund , no one helped me so I'm pursuing legal action.. Very Impressed! Glad I didn't read all the negative reviews before I purchased the item. They sent me multiple emails with tracking and status updates and I recieved my shoes in about 10 days. I emailed them with a question and they responded within 2 hours. I will definately be doing business with them again. read more

This company has not credibility dont loose your money! I bough two pair of inline skates back in April 2020 and I'm writing this review October 30th 2020 I have not received anything. I've written probably more than 30 email with very vague answers from their part. I've put a dispute in my credit card and put complain with federal trade commission here in the US. I'm compelled to write this review after the wonderful experience I've had with the Tradeinn motorcycle shop (Motardinn). I recently purchased a leather motorcycle jacket from Motardinn. Since I hadn't heard of Tradeinn but became acutely aware the company was headquartered in Spain based on their website; I made the payment using PayPal as a precaution. While awaiting my shipment, I decided to search online for reviews for other customer experiences. Needless to say, had I read even half of the negative reviews which are liberally spread online about Tradeinn and it's varied subsidiaries, I wouldn't have gone through with the purchase. However, today I received my leather jacket and it was everything I could have hoped for at a fraction of the cost major US based online retailers are charging!!! I would caution anyone who is potentially reconsidering purchasing products from Tradeinn or one of it's subsidiaries to take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. Upon placing my order, I was immediately provided estimated shipment and delivery dates for my package. I live in NY and the date of delivery by DHL was fairly accurate based on the tracking information. In summary, I'm overjoyed and so glad I made the decision to do business with Motardinn!! I look forward to saving money by making many more purchases with this international online retailer!! read more

At first I was skeptical that the site and my item was not legit because of the reviews here. But still I ordered because I was so desperate of getting the bag I wanted for so long and only found it on this website. After anxiously waiting for tracking/delivery updates, my bag was a day late in delivery. But that's because of my local post office and Tradeinn has no control over that. Still the delivery was fast even though it was overseas and I'm on the other side of the world. (NOTE: You cannot blame Tradeinn for delivery delays or etc. They have totally no control over that.) Will surely order again from this website. Cheers for the good work! For all my fellow Filipino buyers there, take my note. 15-17 days shipping and pick it up at Phlpost office for faster transactions. read more

Ordered a Helly Hansen skiing jacket from them as they were the only one to have it in this color and also at a good price. Chose DHL delivery as I needed it delivered quickly. If I had read all the reviews here I might not have ordered. However they (and DHL) delivered as promised. Good experience. Ordered friday night late. Order was processed Saturday, picked up by DHL on monday and delivered on Tuesday in the Netherlands. No complaints here. read more

Une catastrophe, si je pouvais mettre 0 étoile je le ferais. Une combinaison de plongée abîmée et déchirée lors du transport. Service client catastrophique qui vous répond tardivement. Didn't realize I was ordering from overseas until my package arrived through the Netherlands. But I got a great price for a new pair of Altra running shoes during the pandemic. Took about 1-1/2 weeks to arrive -- not bad! Shoes are awesome. Looks like some items don't go so well, but running shoes do! read more

It seems that a lot of people had a poor experience, but I have to say that my goods arrived in great condition also within the promised delivery time. Although delivery took a long time (3 weeks) but it's worth the wait. I think the are really trying to improve on their level of service, Thumbs up ! read more

I ordered a Wilson racquet on 7/31 from Smashinn/Tradeinn. The product was received in brand new condition on 8/21. It's not bad for oversea shipment. If you are not in a hurry, it's worthwhile for the waiting. USPS tracking was very accurate once it arrives US. read more
