Trekkinn, a subsidiary, advertised a product for $36.95. It was a great deal. I bought it. Next day, I got an e-mail saying they had to cancel the order. I called and was told it was out of stock, but the Web site was showing plenty of stock . . . now for $24 more. Told the customer service agent I wasn't satisfied (100% satisfaction guaranteed?) and wanted to speak with a manager. She said the managers had made the decision, and they weren't available anyway. Said they weren't allowed by manufacturer to sell at the lower price. I requested a credit for the difference. No dice. I've since filed an internet sales fraud complain with the National Consumer Bureau. read more

Ordered a pair of shoes that was out of stock in all US outlets. Shipping was quite slow, about 3 weeks. And the shoes came from Netherlands (thought they were coming from Spain). I was a bit sketched out as I read a few bad reviews, and that it was such an unknown website. Since the product I was ordering was out of stock in the US, I didn't know if they would actually have it. Was worried that it would be a knockoff or just out of stock. They sent a few email alerts over time as the order was processed and shipped and a delivery alert. So overall I am satisfied. The shoes are as expected. Only giving 4 stars because of slow shipping and still uncertain about how they actually perform on average. read more

I had the same experience as others here. Item never arrived and they refuse to refund the money. I have got American Express involved in the matter, I am sure they will react differently to them. I will not be buying from them again, I would advise others to avoid these fraudulent companies too. The price had gone up after I had ordered and paid for the product, so apparently they wanted to get better price than they had earlier. My leaking Gore Tex boots "mysteriously" didn't get delivered and yet the tracking proves they were, plus a member of their customer help team (who are virtually impossible to contact!) I see lots of comment from people ordering from the US... now hear this: I ordered from Switzerland, Europe and my order arrived in 1 1/2 half weeks maybe. At the time I placed the order on Dressinn, with the website being displayed in German and other national Swiss languages I thought I was purchasing sth in Switzerland; however, it wasn't until later that I realised the items were being shipped from Spain. The BIG problem now is the RETURN, I sent the clothes back on the 17/June and I am still waiting for them to receive the parcel. Apparently it is stuck at the local warehouse in Spain and it has been like this for at least a month and a half. Being in Europe and as close to Spain as it gets I just don't understand this incredibly long wait. So after TWO months I'm still waiting for a miracle to happen so that it gets to the store. NO WAY! Ordered something "in stock" on 7 December and got a confirmation saying it will be delivered 14th/15th. Now they say it will be dispatched on 15th December with 4+ days to UK - but TOO LATE !!! It won't arrive for our trip. NO Tracking details ever received NO Contact Us emails responded to. NO My Account password email received NO way to reach them on the phone (unless you wait 45 minutes). They say the parcel has been sent, but how can we know (we'll be away) and then what? I ordered a climbing rope and rear derailleur from trekinn and bikeinn respectively (both operated by tradeinn). Both items took an extremely long time to arrive. I ordered the rope to New Zealand and paid $70 for shipping to ensure it would arrive quickly and shipping took so long that I had left the country before it arrived. Mailing it back home to the US would have cost more than the rope was worth so this was out of the question. When I reached out to Tradeinn to see if they had been expeienceing shipping delays, they just told me to check the tracking number. Despite these issues, I decided to give Tradeinn another chance to redeem themselves and ordered a rear MTB derailleur on May 22nd. It was scheduled to arrive between May 29 and June 3. It is currently June 15th and although it shipped on May 27th, I have not yet received it. I understand that we are facing unprecedented times, however, other companies are not experiencing these issues. I also recognize that the delays may be due to customs or the package carriers, but I think Tradeinn should work with the carriers to ensure on-time delivery or at least alter the expected arrival date to reflect reality. Overall, I am not impressed and will not be using, nor do i reccomend using Tradeinn or any of its affiliates. read more

Con artists! Don't buy anything here! They sent the package to the wrong address deliberately (even after double checking via email) so it gets sent back to them, and then you never get your money back as they claim it never arrives back in their warehouse. It is a well known scam. They never reply to my messages anymore, I have reported Trade Inn to the police for internet fraud. read more

DO NOT ORDER HERE! I am so sorry I ordered from this company. They were the only ones I found that still had the product I really wanted, but now I regret. The parcel has been never delivered to me and I have been trying to contact them by phone directly to Spain but line always busy, their (I believe) skype ph number in Australia, where I only got an answer once out of about 30 calls. Usually it goes to answering machine although you are calling during operation hours, or it places you on hold and then it sends you to the answering machine after you have waiting for about 3 minutes. The one time someone answered, they promised to investigate and get back to me but never did. I managed to get an answer to my email and they just advised me to contact Australian Post, but Aus Post cannot help me if I am not the sender. If the package was lost, the sender has to lodge investigation request with the sending post office. TradeInn just does not reply or try to help me in any way. Absolutely horrible customer service!!! They are targeting Australian market by having a domain as com.au but are actually based in Europe. DO NOT ORDER HERE! read more

If you are thinking of ordering from Tradeinn (or Snowinn), I would strongly urge you NOT to. I am kicking myself for not reading the reviews beforehand. The order took 3 weeks to dispatch from the day I ordered it. When I finally received the order, some items I wished to return as it was past the time I needed them. It states 'Fast & Easy' returns, which couldn't be further than what I have experienced. I paid to send the items back via a tracked postal service. According to the tracking information it was received and signed for them. I have since heard nothing. I could not find a contact email anywhere on their website and finally found one through my original Paypal transaction. I received one reply from them stating that they will refund me "soon", then no further reply. I tried contacting them through facebook and got one reply saying "we will check it and refund u asap"...no further replies. I've since had to take this up directly with Paypal, a case which is currently ongoing. No items, no contact from the company and currently out of pocket. Ps. I'm in the UK. read more
