The wash is not good. It's never clean. No matter what kind of vehicle taken through there. The control arm never works and the employees take forever to get out there to manually open it. When asked if our whole fleet of vehicles could get new stickers so we could get in and out easily and more quickly, like we did when we first got the membership, I was told no. I came a while back here and the air pressure guns were out of order. I decided to go today thinking they would've fixed it by now & I was wrong! It's been months and now it's worse than ever most vacuum don't work. And there's no longer any air pressure guns not to mention they don't have ANY clean towels available. I don't think it's fair that I'm paying $34 a month to have a half cleaned car. I will be canceling my membership here. read more

I'm not sure what's going on with this car wash I've had a membership for the last two years an over the last eight months the maintenance on this place has gone to crap. Half of the cleaning brushes don't work. Which leaves my truck still dirty. Most of the vacuums don't work either. I'm not exactly sure if it's worth the $27 I'm spending each month for each car. This place has changed ownership and has gone completely downhill. At first it was one or two nonworking items now 50% of the car wash does not function. The car soap dispensers are almost always empty and the majority of brushes have stopped working inside the wash. I was not able to find a single vacuum cleaner that worked today. I will be canceling my membership. read more

I went to this place today, Magic Carwash 2, and got ripped off. In order to get tire shine applied to your tires you have step up to their 2nd most expensive car wash and it was $20.! I bit the bullet and paid because I always get tire shine and like the way they look afterwards. After pulling into a stall and drying off my car, I checked out the tires. NOT A DROP OF TIRE SHINE was on them! They were dull and lifeless, just like they look after washing them. If I would have known that, I would have just opted for the basic $8.00 wash. I went into the office and had the manager come out and take a look at them. He agreed that one side didn't have any and he said the other side looked like it had "a little bit on the tires." I asked if they could just apply some for me by hand, oh no, they can't do that. He said they don't have any that they can apply by hand, it's all in the machine.... I then asked for a partial refund after telling him the only reason I paid the $20. was for the tire shine. He said he couldn't do that but I could go back through the wash again for no charge...why the hell would I do that?! Just to dry it off again and not have tire shine applied again?!?! How stupid I thought. Anyway, I told him I'd never be back again! If you go here and want tire shine....DON'T PAY FOR AN UPGRADE! read more
