Awesome customer service. They genuinely care about your vehicle and you. Very helpful and courtesy. My husband came brought his diesel truck her because they had a car wash. After the wonderful service we received, my husband insisted I bring my Hummer here for an oil change. Great place and Mr. Mujahid Malik is a great asset. First and foremost I don't even do this this is probably my second review ever. I'm just so impressed with the attentiveness of taking care of me in my situation. The manager taking the time to look up my receipt so I can have a car wash. I accidentally threw away my receipt for the free wash after I got my oil changed a few days ago..She went above and beyond taking care of me ans was friendly and hospitable. I am going to be a customer for life for all my car washes and oil changes out here in Nederland. It's one thing to have a quality business it's a whole other thing to have quality people who work in it! Thank you Miss shante! read more

I came in with a 2014 Mini Cooper Countryman S for an oil change. Some other place claimed they couldn't get to the oil filter. The lube manager Majahid Malik assured me he could change it and he did! He even showed me the old filter! This is the place to go! Hands down great service!!! read more

After going there over 20 years, I'm done. I have been treated poorly for the last time. Oil change dept is great, it the carwash that is run poorly. Drive a 1/4 mile up the 365 to Magic Express, the original owner of Sparkling Image Excellent carwash, oil change and inspections. 1st class, just self vacuum provided and no inside wipe down. Worth it. read more

Paid $109.98 for exterior and interior. Had to take it back because the inside of the windows were smudged and worse than before. I don't expect to have to bring anything back when I pay $109.98 for anything. I can go to the hand wash down the street for $75 where I had been going. I won't be going back to this place. read more

I paid $90 for a good interior detail. What I was left with were leaves all in my trunk and me asking for a towel and cleaner so I could wipe down obvious dirt in the front seat areas on the dash, etc. This was my first time to ever get a detail somewhere and I can say my second time will not be here. read more

The weather has been terrible lately and my truck was filthy. Also needed an oil change so I thought I would get it all done here. Big mistake!! Was the first in line 15 minutes before they opened so figured in and out in an hour. Wrong. Then after a 2 hour wait this young guy came and said my truck was ready. When i asked how it looked ha smiled like he was proud of the job he had done and said "come take a look." My truck is white and from 40 feet away I could see the dirt. I was totally amazed as I walked around it pointing out all the dirty spots he left. He told me i needed to talk to a supervisor and not him because it wasn't his fault. Grabbed a manager and showed her and she said "we'll send it through again." I said no to this as it had already been over 2 hrs and needed to leave. I grabbed some rags and a spray bottle and got to work. After 10 minutes another supervisor came over and helped me finish cleaning the truck, apologizing the whole time. Needless to say, I will never go back. read more

During the service, the technician removed my engine air filter and failed to properly reattach the intake hose to the mass air flow (MAF) sensor. Shortly after, my vehicle began stalling while I was driving, including at stoplights and intersections, putting me and others at serious risk on the road. I had to take my car to O'Reilly Auto Parts, where the representative immediately identified the disconnected hose and confirmed the MAF sensor had likely been affected. He reattached the hose, cleaned the sensor, and cleared all warning lights so I could safely drive again. This issue was clearly caused by improper service during the oil change. The next day, I returned to the shop to speak to the store manager. His response was underwhelming, a quick apology and an offer for a free future oil change. There was no real ownership of the mistake, no serious acknowledgment of the safety hazard this created, and no mention of how they plan to prevent it from happening to someone else. I was told the issue may have occurred because they had new people on the crew, but that is not an acceptable excuse. If new employees are working on customer vehicles, someone with more experience should be supervising and checking their work. This is not just about training, it's about safety and basic competence. To be clear, I'm not writing this for compensation. I couldn't care less about a free oil change. I won't be returning. What I do care about is accountability. Customers shouldn't have to worry about stalling in traffic because of careless service. Incompetence should never be an accepted part of business, especially when it risks lives.

More than a decade ago, I brought my 2005 Ram 1500 to Modica Bros. after my A/C stopped cooling at…read moreidle. I would get cool air while driving but nothing but hot air when stopped. After a "thorough" inspection, I was told the entire A/C system needed to be replaced. The technician even joked that at least I wouldn't have to pay since it was a company truck, pointing at the magnets on the door. When I explained it was my personal vehicle, he "took another look" and suddenly said I only needed a new condenser and recharge at about half the price. That didn't sit right with me, so I paid the diagnostic fee and left. After talking with my wife, she told me about Bill's Garage in Port Neches, a shop highly recommended by her co-workers. I brought my truck there and spoke with Ricky. Even though they were extremely busy and couldn't get me in for a couple of weeks, he took a few minutes to look at it in the parking lot. He had me start the truck and turn on the A/C. When nothing happened, he reached in, tapped the fan a few times, and immediately the truck started blowing cold air. He explained there was nothing wrong with the condenser. The real issue was the radiator cooling fan or fan clutch not providing airflow at idle. He told me he could fix it for around $250, but also suggested I could buy the part myself for about $100 and replace it on my own. I did exactly that, and it fixed the problem completely. Fast forward to last August, I purchased a 2022 Chevy 2500 HD with about 45,000 miles from a Chevy dealership. Recently, I brought it back to the dealer for what I believed was a radiator leak. I was told it wasn't covered and was quoted $1,800 for a new radiator, along with a diagnostic fee. Once again, I took it to Bill's Garage. They pressure-tested the system and found the radiator was fine. The actual problem was a leaking A/C condenser, a far less expensive repair they could handle quickly. Over the years, I've trusted Bill's Garage with my vehicles, my wife's, and my kids'. They have consistently proven to be honest, fair, and highly skilled. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.

They have been members of the BBB for 23 yrs this year and have not had one single complaint lodged against them in all that time. My stepson's power steering stopped working. I called and I was about to have it towed in as it was parked at a restaurant. The owner got on the phone with me and asked me what year and model the car was. I told him, he asked me if the car had driven through any heavy puddles. I told him it had been raining, so I assumed so. He told me that model is notorious for the sensors getting wet and causing issues with the rack and pinion steering. He said, let it sit for a couple hours and dry out a bit. It should resolve the problem, and it did. He didn't have to tell me that. He could've let me have it towed in and just let it sit and dry and tell me he fixed it and taken me for a ride, but he didn't. That's honesty. I highly recommend this place to all my friends and family, and to anyone else who reads this review.

I just moved to the area and I normally go to the Orange location. I called ahead to see if there was a wait (it was around noon on a Saturday so I was expecting to get turned away) but I was pleasantly surprised by how kind Eric, the assistant manager was and that was there no wait! I arrived about 20 minutes later and spoke with Eric again, who was wonderful! He was informative, polite, and explained everything perfectly. they immediately started working on my car and since I added a detail so I expected a wait and had no problem, but just remember if you feel like you're waiting too long, it's because they're giving your vehicle the attention detailing deserves! My wife and I recently had our car detailed at the Sparkling Image car wash and oil change center here in Nederland, and we were blown away by the caliber of service we received! The staff were knowledgeable and friendly (thanks Ursula!), and everyone we interacted with was professional and courteous. We got the Ultimate Interior package, which came with a wash, carpet shampooing, seat upholstery de-stain and refresh, and they treated the dashboard and console with ArmorAll, leaving everything in the vehicle as shiny as it was when we bought it.
