The color I wanted was very specific and it was hard for me to find a company that would offer any colors outside of the general 15 or so standard colors that you can find on most gutter companies websites. I called the Gutter Boys, who had 3 different color palettes to choose from, got my quote on a Thursday and the install on that next Tuesday. They kept me updated on the schedule, were on time for my appointments and were very quick with getting my project completed. The price was more than fair and since this was my first time ever getting new gutters on ny house, they understood where I was at and I never felt like any of my questions were dumb. After looking at it I decided I couldn't fix it myself, instead I contacted The Gutter Boys based on the Yelp Reviews. At this point they said they were so busy they could only quote on replacing all of the gutters, I figured it cost me nothing to get the quote. The quote was reasonable for the size of the job, but more then I wanted to spend, so I let them know that I did not want to move ahead with the job. A couple of weeks later they contacted me and let me know that they would quote on replacing only the back gutter. This came in and was still a bit higher then I wanted to spend. After another couple of weeks they sent a revised quote that was about 20% lower at which point I decided to go ahead with the job. Getting the job started was easy, you log onto their website, review and approve the contract and put down a 50% deposit. Once this was done they scheduled the job in less then a week. On the scheduled day they came out while I was at work, took down the old gutter, put up the new gutter and downspouts and cleaned up the jobsite. A very nice job all the way around. I never had an contact with any of their personnel other then by text and phone, but they got the job done fast and professionally.

First, they told…read moreme that I would have a 10 day window of time in which the work would be done on my house, but that I would get a call at least 24 hours beforehand to notify me of when they intended to come out. That didn't happen. They called me 30 mins before they were about to show up. I informed them that I wasn't home and the response was that as long as I had my sreeens off my windows, he could not only do the gutters, but also clean the windows. Only, during the sales call, I was told that they needed access to my house, so that they themselves could remove all screens. I informed the tech of this and he hemmed and hawed and said that no, they don't typically, but that he could help me remove them. I informed him that I was cancelling the windows because I don't have that kind of time on last minute notice. Then, the guy shows up at my house, gets his gear out and sets it up at my neighbor's house, unbeknownst to me. Then 20 mins later I see the guy racing away from my house. I'm like ok, that's odd, maybe he's getting a coffee or something. When he doesn't call me to tell me what's going on, I call him and he says, oh yeah, sorry man, gotta go help another tech who is having equipment problems. He also says, oh by th eway, my ladder is too short and I have to get a new one, and I'm going to knock out some other jobs and I'll come back to yours later. I was like, wow, I raced home to facilitate this and then you leave without saying a word. I asked him if he planned to call to notify me of this and he had no coherent response. So, I called customer service and the lady on there was a real b!t$h. She admitted the tech lied and that they do take the screens off. So, I told her that the liar tech isn't coming back to my house, that they needed to send someone else. She said she was on it. A few hours later another random guy called and said he was on his way. I said ok, great. 3 hours pass and he's not here. So I called him back and he said that a supervisor from Gutter Boys told him that a supervisor had to do the job and that he coudn't anymore. He also admitted that he was a subcontractor that doesn't even clean gutters for a living - he was an electrician and had only cleaned gutters a few times. I called to report this to that same b!t$h and told her I was cancelling both orders - she then hung up on me. These guys are unprofessional, liars and dumb as rocks.

They installed all new gutters on my house a couple of years ago and I wanted to add leaf guards, but nobody responds.
