When we first moved to our current home and started shopping here, I loved this store. I loved it for years! The staff were great, the products offered were wonderful, the store was well stocked, etc. Not so much anymore. I still shop there out of convenience. And honestly, out of laziness. I don't want to have to learn another store! I put my grocery list in order of the store and it saves a lot of time - no going back and forth. Over the years, some of the best employees have left. I know some retired, and some moved to another location. But I know some left because the company was no longer the good company it used to be. I know this because that's what I was told by some of the staff before they left. The employees are no longer as friendly as the staff used to be. Are there still some friendly employees there - of course. But most of them are not. The product selection has suffered. Things I bought for years are no longer carried here. I've been lied to when I've asked about a product. I've been told more than once that a product they used to carry is no longer being made. Interesting. Other stores carry those products. And often there are huge gaps on the shelves - it isn't always a well stocked store. Half the time I'm shopping, I can't get down all the aisles because they're stocking shelves and taking up a lot of room. Don't even get me started on how much expired food I find there! And I'm not talking about a day or two beyond the expiration date. I'm talking weeks and even months. The produce isn't as good as it used to be and neither is a lot of the meat. It's sad how much this store has gone downhill. I definitely need to work on learning my way around another store!

Has the same selection and the same layout as most other Trader Joe's stores I've been to around the country. I travel for work, and wherever I go this store is the first I look for. Who doesn't love Trader Joe's??? I always find something new to try and love it. They have wonderful meatballs, orange chicken, frozen fish selections, and great deli meats. They also have an espresso roast coffee that is one of the best coffees I've bought anywhere. I have previously spoke with management about their behavior, nothing changed. Kevin did improve but Sandy is worse. It's crazy that I waste time and gas to avoid them and go to Dierbergs near Olive and Craig. The customer service there is wonderful. The staff are familiar with my entire family. This is the community my children grew up in and still reside as young adults. They have experienced the poor customer service from Sandy also. I don't want to give up on this location, but it seems there is no other choice. This has been a problem for a few years, I purchased a home closer to this location, but I may just have to take my business to Schnucks across the street. I will not continue to put up with this behavior when I'm spending money that contributes to Sandy's paycheck. Sandy may need to retire she seems to be a prejudice angry old lady. Management really needs to address Sandy and her customer service issues.

They were one of the first stores around to place Plexiglas shields at the registers, mark 6 ft spots near the registers, offer hand sanitizer, host a senior hour and time for those with compromised immune systems, and promote mask wearing. One amazing option Schnucks offers shoppers since March of 2020 is to order groceries through Instacart (with no Instacart Fee) for drive up pick up. There are designated spots right outside the store for these orders. While the shopper is filling the order you can chat in the App and request other items. The Schnucks employees bring your order out to your car wearing a mask and place it in the trunk. The fresh produce and other grocery items I have gotten here all have been excellent quality. I shop at Schnucks much more frequently now. The Woods Mill Road Store employees are outstanding. I will return soon.

She again tells me that I need to let them know in advance so there are "donuts for other people" mind you, I purchased 40 donuts, there were easily 200 more donuts in the case... she then begins to back pedal, maybe she realized how rude she was being. She tried to make small talk, about the weather... "Is it raining?" to which I replied "nope" she proceeds to talk to me about the rain yesterday and I completely ignored her, awful experience.
