The last time I came my tech was an older lady. Very rushed with service. a better description would be frenzied. Yesterday I decided to give them another chance. Same thing. Older lady. So rushed that she barely trimmed my nails. Scrubbed my legs and feet frantically, slammed my feet around, banged my ankles with various items. Worst place ever. She literally told me that she didn't care what color and if I didn't like it they wouldn't change it. She was rude. I showed her a picture of the nail colors that I wanted for my finger nails and, again, no help! I am on my way to another salon to take this garbage off! I went here with my aunt as a treat. She was diagnosed with brain cancer a short time ago and while Royal Nails was too busy, we came here--and I'm so happy we did! Horrible don't go. They messed up my french tip (half of my nail was white). Employees were rude when I asked for a color change. They interrogated me why i didnt like them and to keep them. the hearts on my nails looked like birds. cut my cuticles and made me bleed. NEVER STEP FOOT IN HERE. read more

I am very displeased with the service I have received, I went 3-4 days ago to get a full set of SNS nails, I was charged 60$ for my nails, I had a nail break off today and every single finger had bubbles under them where my hair was getting caught under the nails, I went back in and the lady told me she would glue my SNS nails down ? I told her I needed them fixed not glued down, i asked her if she was wanting to leave, because i did come close to closing time, that i would be happy to come back another day and let her fix them.. she then asked for proof that I just got my nails done and I did not have my phone to show her so my nails are now off completely and you would think for 60$ that they would've lasted A LOT longer than 3-4 days... at the very least though she did agree to put clear gel polish on my nails to keep them from breaking... read more

I have been getting pedicures for over 20 years. I have never had one that lasted 15 minutes. I stopped her when she started putting lotion on my legs and said... were 5 minutes in...you can't possibly be done with my feet. She informed me she only does what is needed and I got the basic $30 package. I waited longer than she took to do my entire pedicure. Very disappointed. She could have had a customer for SNS and pedicures for a long time. I will never go back. It looks like a 15minute pedicure as well. read more

She first ripped my old nails off and not soak them like you need to. It was very painful. then I asked for SNS and i received acrylics. My nails are not even and clumpy, not filed properly, crooked. Also the nails don't match in length on the other hand. Moved to the area from Chicago 6 months ago and have been struggling to find a good salon to get acrylic. I went to Tradition today and could not have been more impressed. They were incredibly welcoming and the salon itself is very cute and clean. Tammy did my acrylic full set and I was instantly sold! She asked me how I wanted my nail shape and used different tips than the normal ones to achieve the more narrow look I wanted. She didn't charge me extra for this which was amazing! She also asked how thin or thick I wanted the acrylic to be and I have never been asked that before. I appreciated that very much and she did exactly what I had asked for. She was so sweet and genuine, asking about my life and keeping great conversation. The best part in my opinion is that Tammy did not rush the service, but I was in and out with great nails within 45 minutes. Loved my experience here and will absolutely be back!! read more

For the love..please do not go here. I rarely give bad reviews but this place has earned it. First of all, I usually get gel nails and they improve the health of my nails. However when I went here, they drilled my natural nails down very thin and then applied the gel nail polish. Next, I told them that I had just has my toes done 5 days earlier they aggravated me to death to where they convinced me to just let them scrub and massage my feet, then charged me for a full pedicure! Whiled my nails were getting done they were supposed to paint my 4 year olds nails. Instead of sitting her near me and getting my ok before performing any services, they moved her as far away from from me as possible. There was no one else in the shop (which should have been a red flag) and they not only painted her nails, but put designs on both thumbs, big toes, and outlined the tips in glitter. Meanwhile other customers came in for eyed brow waxes and when the customers left, the staff proceeded to trash talk them and call them rednecks and such. At the end of the visit, the services I received were gel polish on natural nails, foot scrub and massage, 4 year old nails decked (out without my permission)for a whopping price of $100! I was pissed!!! I will never go back to there ! I am not surprised that no one is ever at this salon. read more
