My boyfriend felt like she didn't want to deal with him and yes there was a language barrier but I literally told her over the phone, "let's start from scratch, we trust you and what you recommend". I found the interaction strange since part of a cut is the consultation, and we were open to recommendations as part of the consultation and her response was not encouraging, " I'll see". Due to this, my boyfriend decided to end the appointment. He didn't want to make her uncomfortable or have himself feel uncomfortable. I had to wait for 5-10 minutes before David, the barber for beard trim, called me. He was efficient with the service and did the beard trim perfectly, which suited my style. I was done with the beard trim in about 20 minutes. Massey's Barber Shop is a great place for haircuts as well as beard trims. They know styles very well, plus they are cost-effective.
