My boyfriend felt like she didn't want to deal with him and yes there was a language barrier but I literally told her over the phone, "let's start from scratch, we trust you and what you recommend". I found the interaction strange since part of a cut is the consultation, and we were open to recommendations as part of the consultation and her response was not encouraging, " I'll see". Due to this, my boyfriend decided to end the appointment. He didn't want to make her uncomfortable or have himself feel uncomfortable. He has a really great little shop in the My Salon Suites building that feels cozy and comfortable. Each time I've visited Josh he has always been super friendly and he always spends a lot of time with me making sure that my hair is cut to my satisfaction. He's also gotten me addicted to a couple of new TV shows via the Netflix stream that he keeps on in the shop (White Collar anyone?). On top of that, Josh is a great guy and I know that I can depend on him to give me a good haircut. He has a flexible schedule and I've never had a problem getting an appointment with him with just a few days notice. I drive nearly an hour to see Josh and get my hair cut by him and he doesn't disappoint. His prices are reasonable, his service is excellent, and you couldn't do business with a better guy.
