Kenny and the team had the transmission replaced with an OEM transmission in just a few days and at a great price! Cut to 2 months later the OEM transmission went out. Kenny said that it would be covered under any dealership. We took it to Carlsbad Chevrolet in Carlsbad, NM. Carlsbad Chevrolet sat on a he vehicle for 2 months and didn't even begin the diagnostic process! Dillard's Mechanical Specialists requested I bring the vehicle to them. I have to wed the vehicle from Carlsbad, NM to Richmond, TX (625 miles)! Kenny and the team at Dillard's had the repair completed (under warranty services) in less than a week!
