This review isn't about them...it's more about the facial itself. Unfortunately, this was probably the least effective facial we've ever had, especially for the price. Most of the appointment felt like cleansing, warm towels, a massage, and products being applied...but very little actual skincare. There were minimal extractions, and when I got home my skin looked almost exactly the same. My blackheads and active pimples were still there...I spent the night doing my own extractions on my nose, chin, etc. where I had the most leftover. My husband rarely gets facials and had gone with me this time to try it out together. Before I even said anything, he asked why it felt like nothing had really been done to his skin besides cleansing and lotion. That pretty much summed up how we both felt... The clinic is beautiful, elegant, high-end, calming, and welcoming. The front desk staff are warm, professional, and clearly care about their patients. My consultation with Shawna and Franky was exceptional. Their bedside manner is truly special. Shawna took the time to really listen to my fears, concerns, and goals, even while I was crying because I was so nervous about trusting someone again. She reassured me that restoring my lips to a natural look was absolutely possible with the right approach and expertise. We began the process of dissolving my previous filler, and the preparation was incredibly thoughtful and careful. They prioritized my comfort and wellbeing throughout the entire appointment. Dissolving filler can be quite painful, but Shawna and Franky were so empathetic and supportive the entire time. They also offer NOX, a nitrous oxide and oxygen mix for pain and anxiety management, which was a huge help. Not many clinics offer this option, and it truly made a difficult procedure much more manageable. I am currently about halfway through my lip restoration journey, and I already feel so relieved knowing I am finally in the right hands.
