If we could do it again, we would not send him there. He was enticed to go by the salesmanship of the intake worker. His psych assessment was done totally by remote, not even in person. There was no follow up care except an online group meeting. It cost over $30,000 to send him to Kirby for 40 days. We also know of someone else who was going to go there and left the first day they arrived because the intake process was so cold, unprofessional and demeaning. This is not a place to send your loved ones who are struggling with addictions or mental health. Please look elsewhere.
