I was there 3 times and each time I was told "it will be at least an hour to one an half before you at seen and we give preference to those who have booked appointments" which fair enough but why doesn't the location have this on the website or on a recorded message? To be honest they seem short staff all the time as the receptionist also does bloodwork and often you are left at the counter until they come back 15 minutes at least ! so be aware find another location if you are a 'walk in' and save time going to Southdown for nothing !

I had multiple derm issues and she was completely unhelpful with both and I never heard back from a clinic and she did not have any recommendations for other Dermatologists she could refer me to. I felt dismissed and like she cared about money over the care of her patients and I would strongly warn anyone looking for a family doctor to be cautious.

After a few minutes, she was taken in for her appointment. I sat for 20 minutes with no update on when I would actually see someone. When I advised the receptionist that I was going to leave the clinic, she told me that they were running a bit behind. I told her I would have appreciated knowing that when I arrived. She apologized and said that she could book an appointment for me next week. She also told me that because I booked on-line, it was more challenging for the office to meet the scheduled time. Another employee came out and let me know that there's only one sound booth and that it would still be a bit of time before I would see the hearing professional. At that point, I considered my options and left the office. When I phoned the Connect Hearing customer contact number from the website (1-844 number), I was eventually connected to someone after waiting but they hung up on me before I had a chance to say anything. After phoning again and telling my story to a different agent, she apologized for the experience and said that she would escalate to the location supervisor and the call centre supervisor and ask them to get in touch with me personally. That was two days ago and I still have not heard from either party. Ironically, I did receive a flyer in the mail from Connect Hearing proclaiming their "service that puts you first". Altogether, this was a very disappointing customer service experience: save your time and go elsewhere; I do not recommend them.

My partner had been experiencing difficulties hearing over the last six months. Vincenzo Albandese was the audiologist and could not have been more helpful and caring in his approach. The test confirmed hearing loss and he walked us through the complicated process of getting hearing aids for the first time. The receptionist/cashier Shawna also went above and beyond in terms of friendliness and helpfulness. Getting appointments at times convenient to us was easy. They made what could be a complicated process to get the price reduced via government coverage, discounts and insurance claims quickly doable too. Would highly recommend them.
