They actually saved my license. I don't know how they do it, but I'm thoroughly impressed. Thank you!

1-Star Review - Lemon Law Group Partners, PLC…read more I retained Lemon Law Group Partners regarding my 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe after it had been serviced 17 times at Tate Dealership in Frederick, MD for the same recurring defect. I provided full documentation and repair history at the outset. I was told I had a strong case and was specifically advised not to drive the vehicle while they evaluated the matter. For nearly four months, there was no meaningful movement or substantive update. Then I received a call from their office stating that I should begin driving the vehicle again and that if it was operating properly, they intended to drop my case. This directly contradicted their earlier instruction and raised serious concerns about how my case was being handled. I requested to speak with an attorney. An attorney did call me, and after I walked him through the entire history again, he assured me the case would not be dropped and told me to wait for his follow-up with additional information. That follow-up never came. Over the next three weeks, I left multiple voicemails requesting an update. I did not receive a return call or even a courtesy email. The lack of communication, inconsistent guidance, and failure to follow through made it impossible to have confidence in their representation. If you are considering this firm, understand that responsiveness and case management may not meet reasonable professional expectations.

Our case was fully resolved in November 2025, and all required payments were made in full. No balance is owed to the firm. Since September 2025, both my husband and I have made repeated written and phone attempts to resolve this billing issue. After the September credit was applied, no further responses were provided regarding the remaining balance, even after continued follow-up. While we have received occasional, brief communication related to our case (while it was still open), all inquiries specifically regarding the refund have gone unanswered. Multiple voicemail messages and emails have been sent over several months without return contact. We have complete billing records, payment confirmations, and communication logs, including documentation of the credit issued and the subsequent double charges that continued after that point. Now, we are pursuing formal options to recover our outstanding funds, including consultation with other counsel, and filing complaints with the appropriate regulatory and consumer protection authorities. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this firm.

Tried to resolve major issues with this firm but was denied. At our initial consultation with a…read morecofounder, we clearly explained that our mortgage from Wells Fargo turned toxic and when our still-retained attorney sought arbitration 4 months prior, WF transferred the mortgage to 3rd party Shellpoint. A major red flag of a possible wrongful or fraudulent foreclosure where ownership determines standing in court. The firm acknowledged this pattern, has seen it before, and stated they would look into the ownership. Within a couple of days during intake, we were assigned to an inexperienced attorney who made no inclination whatsoever to challenge the foreclosure, and within a few short days -- without our consent -- rushed us to a summary judgment signed by a now suspended judge. This was last February. We were devastated, facing financial losses FAR greater than the judgment and the possibility of homelessness on the first sale date of May 6, where the same attorney sought to withdraw rather than save our home -- which I was forced to do pro se. But that only stayed the sale of our home to July 30 -- just two weeks from now! So after 8 months of escalating stress, dread and trauma -- made worse by this attorney having to wait for the suspended judge to be replaced -- she did finally withdraw on May 22, leaving us in legal peril again before the imminent sale of our house. After dozens of consultations with law firms unwilling to step in, we finally found an attorney who made the effort to understand our previous pendency prior to the Nov 2024 foreclosure and within a few days found a fatal flaw in the Plaintiff's original filings that we believe proves beyond all doubt that Shellpoint does NOT even control the lien -- which will VOID the foreclosure and lead to counterclaim. All this prolonged torture of a veteran's widow dreading the loss of her home of 30 years has been devastating to say the least. And to learn that our attorney with Loan Lawyers would have triggered contingency fees from a short sale of our house to boot -- we were compelled by ethical duty to file a formal complaint with the Florida Bar. Our experience does not match with any of the promising advertising made on their website nor with the direct flyer mailings this firm immediately sent to us when our foreclosure became public record -- dragging us through the mud publicly for nearly 10 months now. What we experienced over those months was not just abandonment. It was betrayal.
