The cop must have been hiding in the dark because he came out of nowhere and stopped me. In my opinion, this officer stopped me because of the way I looked and made up the infraction to justify his unnecessary action. Anyway, i contacted trafficticketlawyerelpaso.com to represent me. They got my personal information, my payment, and never called back to get my side of the story. Nobody in their office made an effort to contact me and ask me about the case. I then received an email saying there was a final disposition and basically I was at fault! So basically they are charged me the original fee (~$50), I still have to pay court fees ($144), PLUS pay for a defensive driving class (~$40)! This is malpractice in El Paso at its best! I am very disappointed in their professionalism.
