I put my faith in this firm, they lied, and only cared about money, they do not care about there clients. If I could leave zero stars on this review I would. My initial contact with the attorney was free, he assured that I had a case and that if I made my payment right away they would start on the case immediately. After I made payment I was assigned to a callous attorney who had no people skills. She shared that our case was a long shot. I asked why that was not mentioned in my initial call and she said she didn't know but payment had already been processed no refunds. I was already 5K in so decided to continue. I had anxiety for months due to working with them. Crying daily as I always had to reach out for updates. I expected them to be experts in their trade and this was not the case. Responses to my questions where never clear, the only clear thing was that I would be charged for any and all questions. They lack professionalism and organization. I was under the impression that the police department or court would send us physical mail notifying us of our court date to give us a chance to fight the tickets, but I was wrong. We missed both court dates and received warrants for her arrest - which freaked me out and prompted me to search for "traffic ticket warrants el paso" where Attorney Robert Navar's website was one of the top results. I am quite busy and wasn't in an environment in which I could make a quick phone call, so I used the contact form on the website to get in touch with them and someone from their team got back to me within an hour and answered all of my questions. As soon as I had some free time, I called in and discussed our options with them. We simply gave them the ticket numbers and warrants over the phone, they looked up my fiancé's case, we paid them a VERY reasonable fee and were told that they'd get in touch with us as soon as something happens (all over the phone and over email). After about a month or so they got in touch with us to let us know what was going on through both phone call and email. I responded to them by email and was able to handle everything online without needing to speak to them over the phone. The only thing we had to do was go to the El Paso Municipal Court and pay a $10 fee and all charges were dropped and will eventually be expunged from my fiancé's record, to my understanding. The team at this firm was incredible and very friendly. They handled 99% of everything and kept us in the loop the entire time. I really appreciate the challenging work they did. Even if we received an unfavorable result from the judge/court, I would have given them 5 stars for their willingness to communicate with me via email and the ease of everything. They got my personal information, my payment, and never called back to get my side of the story. Nobody in their office made an effort to contact me and ask me about the case. I then received an email saying there was a final disposition and basically I was at fault! So basically they are charged me the original fee (~$50), I still have to pay court fees ($144), PLUS pay for a defensive driving class (~$40)! This is malpractice in El Paso at its best! Add the fact that we only spoke over the phone, and I provided all my content and info via email. There was tremendous opportunity for delay or mistakes, but Raymond was a true professional and handled this prickly case. And that is no small feat as this person I needed served is extremely toxic, and of course, he took some unwarranted verbal abuse from them (which is a shame as that person knows the process well since I was served by this individual in a spectacularly public fashion some years ago). But I digress. Raymond gave me a simple, but clear list of things he needed to get the job done, and was responsive to my questions and concerns. He is even able to reach out and touch military personnel, as my case is, to get them served in a timely fashion.
