The FMCSA website states that only CDL drivers with moderate to severe Sleep Apnea have to show compliance with a machine. Dr. Clarke also mentioned modifying my current BIPAP back into a CPAP although I told her neither one was comfortable nor felt like was helping or actually needed. Dr. Clarke also questioned wether I lost weight recently although she could see my current weight matched my weight from my records from the previous Doctor. I didn't know it then but it was because I wasn't a candidate for Sleep Apnea according to the FMCSA.
