Sounded great. He said it would be 2day job. Wednesday day came called him he said afternoon ready. Around 6pm I text him since I never heard back from him after receiving his invoice. Thursday came still nothing. I started calling and texting he finally text back saying sorry for delay he has it ready but he wasn't at the shop with was around 10am. Around 2pm I asked can I pick it up he would come up with excuses that he wasn't there that he was 1hr away. I waited 4pm came so I went the shop parked out side and text him any updates he said his brother will go and open the shop to so I can pick up my trailer. Funny someone exactly like him drove out with his car. Then he text me my twin brother just left the shop gate open for you. I drove it saw my trailer only the wheel bearings had been changed out and no extension have been done. Keep on mind this was 2hr after he told me he was 1hr away. I had already paid him thru zelle big mistake. I told him what happen he said he was done he had the other part in his truck and he would send me a picture. He wanted me to pick up the part next day I replied just to puck it up correct. He never sent me the picture also he stopped texting me and just been ignoring my text. I requested my money for what he didn't do still nothing. Don't do buisness with this person.

While waiting for him to come out to us, 30-45 minutes, we looked up the installation ourselves and discovered our RV had a plug & play tow package which should only take 15 minutes to install with the correct harness. He came out and simply plugged it in, but could not correct the error code. The ignition would not start either. He over charged us for two hours labor for a 15 minute job & the harness was not compatable for vehicle, but he sent us away with the excuse that the trailer needed to be attached. We later you-tubed the install, ordered the correct harness and fixed it ourselves. He never told us there was a 2 hour minimum cost. Even though he was looking up how to install the unit while we waited for him. If you hire him, Get his minimum charge in writing upfront and be sure he knows the equipment he is working with.
