My wife and I had been looking for years and finally dived into the RV world early in 2021. We were only 'looking' when we were at Trailer Hitch RV on a Saturday in March. Not seeing the smaller size we were hoping for, Josh took us to the back where a smaller trailer had just been traded in and was getting ready for service before putting it on the market. He explained that the trailer was a great make and what set it apart from other makes (with absolutely no pressure by the way). We loved it. Dirty and in need of only a couple small repairs, it still seemed perfect for us. So, we jumped on it. We didn't even have a tow vehicle but felt confident with the information given to us that we were getting a good trailer. We went with the warranty and gladly so. Our first trip out we had an issue with the fridge. Once we let Trailer Hitch knew about the issue they sent out a technician and diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and had it fixed within 10 days. We couldn't be happier about the choice to purchase our Lance 1575 and just as glad that we got it at Trailer Hitch RV. Brian and his service team really seem to have your back. read more

Our experience with Tailer Hitch RV was exceptional! After having a less than enjoyable 3 month long relationship with another dealership and still not having our trailer, we made our way to Trailer Hitch RV and met Aaron! We are satisfied with the purchase of our new 2018 RV. A professional SALES department. BUT an UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE dept. When a call is made for warranty or just a normal customer question.You will be placed on hold and at times left on hold with no response. or say to you they will return your call and never do. If for some reason you do reach the manager, he will try to direct you to an RV SUPPLY SHOP instead. (is this because of laziness or just over swamped?) After looking online for months, I found my dream 5th wheel RV on their website. I sent an email via their messaging system. It was promptly answered by Aaron via text. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction, and we flew down to take a look. (We live in Washington State.) We were very satisfied with the rig and he worked with us to get it financed and the modifications/additions done prior to shipping it to us. This was in January and I didn't want it transported until the roads were better. When the time came, he sent the information to the transport company who contacted me immediately. We just received it yesterday. Aaron stayed in touch with me the entire time. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of one instance of delayed communication and because the rig was not ready to go when the driver got there to pick it up, in spite of both me and the driver giving them prior notice of the time of his arrival. Apparently they weren't even sure which lot it was on. That seemed kind of lackadaisical for a company that had almost 2 months to get the work done and make sure it was ready to go. In September 2018, we started off looking at RVs in Pismo Beach, and then moved on to Trailer Hitch RV in Nipomo. The two experiences could not have been more different. At Trailer Hitch RV, Laura Bailey came out to the yard to greet us and asked if/how she could help. They have a LOT of different RVs to look at. From that point, she listened to us, watched our reactions, and asked questions. This meant that we spent our time looking at RVs that would meet our needs and be within our budget. Being first-time RVers, she brought our attention to issues we had not yet considered. After all, you don't know what you don't know! We found Laura's extensive knowledge and input to be invaluable, and the guidance we received led to us eventually purchasing a lovely Imagine RV by Grand Design from Trailer Hitch RV which we are enjoying very much. As well as having the interpersonal skills that good sales people have, she has an amazing relevant knowledge base; in combination, the overall customer experience of looking, learning, and maybe buying is exceptional. I picked up my Keystone Passport 2810BHWE today. This started out as a good experience, with prompt and courteous service throughout the sales experience, but after I asked for help hitching the trailer to my SUV (which took about 15 mins) I was handed a bill for $62.50 from their service department. It literally took longer for the two elderly gentlemen in the service department longer to figure out how to use the cash register system to charge my credit card than it did for the person to help with my hitch. All I needed was the hitch head dropped by two holes on the shank..it was a quick job with the impact wrench. I feel like since I just spent $23,999 on a BRAND NEW trailer (and $21,000 last year on the Lance 1575) from these guys that the least they could do is help me hitch it up to my truck and make the needed adjustments..but I guess not. This really soured my whole experience and I probably would not go back there again (this is the second trailer that I bought from this company in the past 9 months, the first being a Lance 1575). So much for loyalty to a repeat customer. I really feel like i got "nickel and dimed". Another gripe that I have too..they gave me a $50.00 coupon towards some merchandise since I bought the trailer..how come I didn't get one of these when I bought the Lance last year? **UPDATE** I sent the business a letter last expressing my concerns and unhappiness. We bought a used travel trailer from Trailer Hitch and our sales' person Laura Bailey was a great help, and each time we were back , she offered her help again. The biggest problem with this place is the communication between the service department, which is in a different building a little ways away, and the sales department. They graciously stored our newly purchased trailer for about six weeks since we were unable to use it until that time, but despite reminding them on numerous occasions about the day we would be back to pick it up, including just two days prior, the trailer was not on site nor set up for our walk-through when we arrived after a long drive, so we were kept waiting. This made for a long, drawn-out day and made us tired as we began our first adventure in our new truck and trailer. Not a good start. Also, some of what was agreed upon for additions, did not get done exactly or as conveniently as had been promised by the service director. Another act of miscommunication between departments or people. Otherwise, we had a decent experience with this RV provider. read more

Runaway. I had already given a down payment and scheduled a pickup date. I called in to find out if the trailer had brakes on it and they hung up on me twice after being on hold. Finally got through and discovered that I needed a break controller for my vehicle. They had originally offered to drive it 150 miles so I asked if they still could and Chris told me yes it would be about $300. I said that may be worth it. He responded with well we charge round trip so it's going to be $600.... He then connected me with Steve Howard who was my sales man. I told Steve what was happening and his first response was to refund me and be done with me..... I still didnt get rude but told him I'm starting to feel slighted. He said sorry you feel that way but you dont want to spend money. I tried to explain to him money isnt a problem but the prices keep changing but he just talked over me the whole time telling me how many campers they have sold this month and that he wasnt making any money from the deal and he didnt need my bisnuss anyways. He then told me he was done with me and he just wanted to refund my money. I said okay. Worst I have ever been treated for wanting to spend $12,000 at a place. I never got a video tour like the website said and the pics for the camper had a different stock number on it then the paper work. Not even sure if the camper was real at this point. I not only bought a new Grand Design Solitude from Trailer Hitch I also had them set me up with a new Anderson hitch! Before I ordered my new Chev truck the parts manager Steve MEDINA strongly advised me to get the new puck system connection and then install he ANDERSON hitch! I did! Thank you Steve MEDINA!!! ALso JAKE FLORES from service did an excellent job of not only installation but also instructions on how to use! 5 star advice with 5 star follow thru! Not to mention Steve HOWARD in sales that also did a fantastic job of pointing out the " whys" on the quality of the Grand Design!! He also came out with the best price! We dropped off our trailer so they could fix the marker lights, fridge and a few minor things. They had our trailer for a month. When we went to pick it up, the fridge door handle was still broken. Apparently whoever tried to install the replacement, broke it again and didn't bother to fix it again or just didn't notice. The reason why I'm giving 3 stars is because the service advisor "Will" was very helpful and friendly. He sent us over to speak with one of their techs "Jeff" concerning a blown fuse in my pickup. Jeff didn't have the right fuse but gave me the blown one and showed me where it was located. Then he did a walkthrough to make sure that everything was properly fixed. He found the broken fridge latch and replaced it and they also made sure we left with a spare latch. Steven (another tech) instructed us on our backup camera and was also very friendly. For these 3 gentlemen I'm giving them an extra 2 stars. read more

We purchased a 5th wheel from Trailer Hitch RV in may of last year. Took it out on one trip. Found a few problems with it. Had to make an appointment with Trailer Hitch RV to bring it in for repairs. They have had the camper for 7 months now! One year warranty will be up by the time we get it back. If we ever get it back! I would strongly recommend not doing business with this company. Service department is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. Well, since posting my yelp review, Brian the service manager contacted me and has promised to take care of everything and have my camper ready to pick up next week with a few perks! Although we didn't end up doing a deal with Trailer hitch RV Center, I felt like the communications I had between two people there needed to be reviewed because they were so bad. First off, I contacted their internet department about a fifth wheel and spoke with Aaron and I got so far as to ask what kind of deal we could do on this particular one they had in stock. I told him being that we had a long drive, I'd love to lock down a deal first. At this point, he just stopped responding. I decided to get on the phone and call them because I never heard back and spoke with Eric. I told Eric what we were looking for and he told me that unit had just sold, but wanted to know our time frame. I expressed to him that we didn't have one and as long as the deal was right, we would be happy to wait. He told me the one they just sold, sold for 52k and some change and I told him that was great, but that we did get a quote from another dealership for less. He then laughed and said "Well, wherever it is must have been closer to the manufacturing facility so of course it was lower." So, let's be clear here, I was told because the same unit sold to someone else for 52K that your dealership wouldn't sell it to me for any other price. EVEN AFTER I SAID WE HAVE THE PRICE BEAT ELSEWHERE. I was under the impression your prices "WON'T BE BEAT!" I wasn't aware that was only if the dealership was right next door to you. Also, Eric didn't even ask what the price was. He didn't care. I'll bet he would have cared a little more if my husband were standing in front of him with a check in hand. Bottom line, your salespeople (both internet and there in the office) treated me like a dumb, incompetent woman who knew nothing about an RV or negotiating a price. I'm educated and have done a lot of research on buying an RV and I called to do business with you and was treated like I didn't deserve to and I wasn't a fan. Hopefully someone reads this who actually cares how your employees treat potential customers. We did a deal elsewhere and guess what, your price was beat by 4k with additional options. It was beat by a dealership just a few hundred miles from you and NO, they were not lower because they were closer to the manufacturer. It was beat because they cared and actually took the time to speak to me with some dignity and respect. This place is an ABSOLUTE joke! They are very nice to sell you a trailer but once they do they want nothing more to do with you. We have been waiting over a year for them to fix a door on our RV. They give you the run around how they are too busy or understaffed (NOT our problem) they want you to pay the towing service every time you need your trailer taken there to be "fixed" but really it just sits there for months on end. Even though the problem your experiencing on the trailer is a warranty problem. We will NEVER again be recommending this place nor be purchasing ANYTHING from this place ever again. The BBB will be hearing from us. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else to purchase a trailer. Everyone there is a joke and seems to have no brains on how to run a business. They just want to hand the buck over to the manufacturers for the problems that actually fall under their responsibility to fix. I hope this saves anyone the time and money after reading this. My recent email to Trailer Hitch RV's General Manager Dear Mike: My wife and I just recently picked up our new Grand Design Solitude 310GK at your RV dealership in Nipmo, CA. We first contacted Trailer Hitch RV in early February and we were fortunate Aaron Walch answered our call. Aaron was very involved thorough the entire process, making sure we always got what we needed. He answered our frequent calls, negotiated a very fair price, worked well with Jordan Struble at Grand Design, and coordinated with us the delivery of our new RV. Aaron introduced us to Chris Knittle, one of your Service Writers. Chris stayed in close contact with Beth and me during the time we waited for the RV to be built by Grand Design. He made sure he understood everything we wanted done to the RV upon arrival at your dealership. We had two big jobs. The biggest job was replacing the brake system with a new set of disc brakes. This was more difficult than one might think. The manufacturer we specified didn't make the brake system which was needed for our Solitude 310 as built. Chris went to work and discovered the brakes were sold under different names by the same manufacturer and located the brakes we needed and wanted. He did a great job communicating with us through his search and solution. We arrived in Nipomo Sunday night before last and at your dealership at 9:00am the next morning. Aaron greeted us and he went right to work. Very soon we drove over to the parts and service area to witness the installation of the few accessories we ordered. We were greeted by Steve Medina, your Parts Manager. To our great surprise and satisfaction, we next discovered Craig Schrowdowski, a Service Technician, had installed our Ford backup camera and you would never know it was not Factory installed. What made it difficult was Craig had to find a way to run the 40 feet of large cable from the back bumper of our pickup to the top rear of the RV. I have no idea how he accomplished that feat. Steve then turned us over to Jake Flores who began the installation of our Andersen Hitch. We very quickly ran into problems when Jake realized Andersen had sold us the wrong hitch. Jake spoke to Steve and Steve came out with the part Jake needed and in no time, Jake was finished. With the Andersen hitch installed, it was time to hitch up the RV to our brand-new 2019 Ford F-350 pickup. Jake immediately realized the F-350 has higher sides to its bed than other pickups including the F-350. It seemed this might be new to the 2019 model. Jake said it was his first time to encounter this problem. So, Steve called Aaron and Aaron called out all of the troops. This included your Service Manager, Brian Kincade. Brian assured us it would be fixed to our satisfaction. To make sure this happened to our satisfaction, Brian brought in Troy Craven, a top flight RV service technician. Troy really knows his way around an RV. Troy quickly solved what had seemed to me to be the unsolvable. Now we were ready to drive off to spend two nights and one day at the Port of San Luis RV Park inspecting our new RV. By noon the next day we had performed a thorough inspection and we found a few issues. We called Aaron and he arranged to have Rolando Villerreal drive over to Avila Beach and he fixed everything. To our dismay, we discovered the Ford backup camera only had an active display when the pickup was in reverse. We had expected it to provide a view of traffic to the rear when changing lanes. Before we departed Avila Beach that morning we called Chris Knittle and told him our problem. He told us to swing by on our way back to Los Angeles and Jake would install the Ferrion backup camera which would give us the view we needed. We were continually in awe of your service. Mike, it is important to Beth and I for you to know how much we appreciate the friendliness, integrity, knowledge, and effort your team made for us. We both believe these kinds of traits if exhibited across all staff like they are at Trailer Hitch RV, that only comes from the top. Up date on Genesis Supreme 2021 1st off all I can say is check your dates when you dropped it off and when you pick it up they are scammers by putting the incorrect dates so it won't show really how long they actually had it in the shop for repairs. The last time we dropped it of on 10/2/ 2021we picked it up on 12/8/2021 9 weeks later but they show drop off 10/2/2021 and picked it up on 10/8/2021 like they had it for 6 days I was so pissed. The next day my husband drove back another hour in a half 1 way when he got there no one was in the office then someone came in and he explained that they have the wrong date on the invoice and he wanted it changed and also when they had to fix the refig. the previous 30 days when they pulled for the out the fridge they scratched the drawer under the fridge. and put a big dent in the floor so on the invoice they said the reason was unknown cause we wanted that changed to a worker damaged it they don't just fix things for unknown reasons you can read about this on other review. Anyway back to talking to the guy don't know his name but he raised his voice then my husband raised his voice then another guy came in who did the paper work the day before and told him that the invoice needed to be corrected he said he could not voices got loud again they said they would call the cops I would have let them call the cops to reveal how shaddy these people are. When my husband got home with nothing corrected another manager called and he explained what happened and he said that he would correct the errors and email the correct version. Did not happen now they say they can't change it they are so full of SHIT!!!!!!!!!! On Monday I am going to report them to the better Business Bureau we have 1 of the first invoices when it was they over 2 months and the same thing they changed the dates but they were to stupid to see the date that it was printed out on the bottom of the invoice and with the receipt for our deductible that shows the correct dates not what the invoice showed they had it a little over a week but really for over 2 months. For 9 weeks we needed fixed the stove fixed, the gas fixed, the leaking jack fixed and the molding fixed in the shower that keeps falling off, funny thing the previous month all of this was to be fixed but they said nothing was wrong with the stove, gas (propane), jack and they fixed the molding only in1 section there are 4 moldings that were falling off so for having out trailer for 3 months and a week yes I said 3 months and a week this time the hold up was they were waiting for the jack to ship 2 months I called Liper Company and they told me that even if that was out of stock with shipping time it would not take longer than 3 weeks to get it. Almost at the end of the two months I called again to check the status of the trailer and was told the jack was there they had to find it and they would install it that day when I asked how long has it been sitting around he said a week that's just crazy to let something like that sit around instead of fixing it asap. Another thing to show stupid they are on the invoice they had the date they ordered the part 10/12/2021 and a case # that's funny when then have us picking it up on 10/8/2021 that's 4 days before they ordered the part and got a case # you guys need to learn how to lie a little better and not leave paper trails . We now have had the trailer for 1 year got to use it 3 times and its been in the shop for 8 months out of the 12 months ya they can try to lie by changing dates but there is proof that what I'm saying it the truth and that's NO LIE!!!!!!! I am so angry with this company I'm going everywhere I can to tell the truth about Trailer Hitch RV and worn good customers about spending there money in the right places and that's not here at Trailer Hitch RV. Just started using our new RV and woke up to freezing temperatures, dim lights, refrigerator down, and furnace not working. All this happened just a few days after being in the unit. We were not in a position to get the RV to the service center, however, they made a special consideration for us to send a technician to our location, which is relatively close to their service center. The technician, CRAIG, did an OUTSTANDING job making the necessary repairs on our power converter (which had two blown fuses) and a small repair to a water leak under the bathroom sink. Craig tested all the systems before his departure. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. Our thanks to the service manager, Brian, service advisor, Sam, and especially Craig for providing quality service and for going out of their way to accommodate us logistically. We had a great experience at Trailer Hitch. Once we knew what trailer we wanted, we shopped around for prices and they were a couple thousand less than we found anywhere else. Since we were camping in the area, they scheduled the orientation walk-through on one days notice. We didn't catch his name, but the man that did the orientation was terrific. He was very thorough and did some extras like moving our backup camera and battery. The fellow that transferred our weight distribution hitch spent an hour showing us the proper way to adjust our brake gain and answered our many questions. We had a small problem with the switch on the tongue jack and the service manager, Will, send a technician to our campground to check it out. Rudolfo, our service tech was knowledgeable and professional and replaced the entire unit with a better jack than the original one. Overall, we are very pleased with our experience. read more

I am in the process of buying a trailer and found one in California a short drive away from Trailer Hitch RV. I then found the same model at Trailer Hitch RV. I spoke with a salesman at Trailer Hitch RV yesterday, told him about my find. He stated that they do have a policy of being the "LOWEST price on the West Coast." He said to email him the link, and if we are comparing apples to apples, they will beat the price. I compared both models...exactly apples to apples. Like any consumer, price is always important and when a business promises to beat the price, you'd expect them to live up to that promise. Here is the email response I received yesterday: Jeff, I just spoke to the owner and they said to go ahead an purchase from them. It does not look like we can beat that price. Let's start back 8 months ago. I went in to Trailer Hitch RV to inquire about trading in my current RV. I was interested in a new trailer they had on their lot. They gave me an unseen trade in price quote, which was a little lower than I was willing to accept, so I asked about their consignment program. I was quickly informed that their trade in price value and consignment program would net me the same amount of cash. No worries, I wound up selling my trailer on my own for much more. Now to last week. With my trailer sold and a down payment ready for a new trailer, I make my way to Trailer Hitch RV. They still had the same exact trailer that I looked at 8 months ago sitting on the lot. Their website also has the same model trailer with different color interior. That trailer was sitting in their storage yard at another location. The salesman Josh said he wanted me to see the trailer, and would have it at the dealership the next day. I gave him my info and the next day he text me to come by and check it out. I live 20 minutes away and after work I headed over there. The trailer is nice, clean, and what I would like to buy. Josh did a great job answering all my questions. Now comes time to make a deal. Now I don't know about everyone else, but I've purchased a lot of new vehicles, RV's, jets skis, quads, side by sides, etc in my life. There is always a deal to be made. Unfortunately Trailer Hitch RV doesn't make deals. Even when my buddy and I were going to purchase 2 trailers at the same time. They pride themselves on being "the lowest advertised price on the west coast" and if you beg and plead you might get $500 off asking price. They will try to explain to you every reason in the book why you should purchase from them. This includes lowest advertised price on the west coast, priority service (which my brother waited 3 months to get into after his purchase, and a 2 month long simple repair), nobody will give you a lower price, RV sales are going to boom in the near future, they will lose money if they sell it any cheaper, asked for examples of comparable trailer advertised price (which i provided) and they argued it was a cheaper model (when it wasn't). We weren't able to come to a reasonable negotiated sales price, and l wound up leaving when we were $1,000 dollars away from making a deal on a 60k dollar trailer. When I say reasonable I'm talking less than 3 percent negotiation from asking price. Moral of the story is if you're looking to travel to Trailer Hitch RV to purchase an RV, go with the full expectation that you will be paying the advertised price on their website and they will not entertain reasonable offers. If you ask about their reviews they will explain they are under new management, but they are always under new management because of the high turn over of employees. There is one sales person that has been there for years, every other employee has been part of a revolving door. If you visit Trailer Hitch RV, talk to Josh as he did a great job, unfortunately the sales team has their hands tied, as everything takes a phone call to the owners to approve anything, and they are unwilling to deal or let the employees make any decisions. read more

We have been thinking about getting a new 5th wheel for the past 3 years. Over that time we have visited many RV dealerships including visits to the Trailer Hitch whenever we were in the area. I appreciate their sales style of letting you wander thru all of their inventory without a salesman hovering over your shoulder. Yet when we needed to ask questions or get information our salesman was readily available for us. While camping on the Central Coast over Thanksgiving, we fell in love with the Solitude 377MBS. The pricing at Trailer Hitch is a no haggle price and was the best we had seen anywhere. The purchase process was easy and low pressure. After taking delivery of our Solitude we spent New Year's week in the trailer and noted a few things that needed to be fixed and a couple things we wanted to have added to the unit. I was put into contact with the Service Manager, Brian Kincade. He prioritized getting our needs met and always responded to my calls/texts quickly. I will never recommend the service department at trailer hitch, they will not return phone calls. I purchased a extended warranty for my rv but the service department wanted a check for a service call, we found out later that the warranty company was going to pay the service call and did pay it, one year later trailer hitch deposited my check and will not return my phone calls.....a little dishonest I think read more

Don't buy here. Bought a used travel trailer from Tim. He promised it was "structurally sound." First time it rained, the slide out portion leaked like crazy, big puddle and it didn't even rain that hard. I live in this trailer, so it's not a small problem. Tim sold me a service contract which covered "major systems." Apparently they don't think a leak is a major systems problem. Now I have a trailer that leaks and a $2,400 service contract that excludes leaks completely. I emailed Tim, he offered no help whatsoever, i'm just out of luck. Thanks alot Trailer Hitch RV, I'll tell everyone i know about my experience. I bought the trailer on September 21 and on November 16, less than two months later, your "structurally sound" trailer is leaking. You are terrible business people. You took advantage of me. Bottom Line Up Front (BLUF), Trailer Hitch RV is a business that cares and you can trust. Please take a moment to read my story and it will all come together at the end. So here is my story, a story that has two super stars that I will mention. There I was, camping at Pismo Beach having a great time with the kids. After spending several hours at the beach, walking the trails, and sitting by the camp fire we decided it was time to clean up the littles. After running the hot water for 4 minutes on our Zinger it never warmed up. What a bummer bc the littles smelled bad and we did not want them stinking up the unit, lol. I called the only person I knew at the trailer hitch, Aaron who is the finance manager who did our financing for our trailer. I asked Aaron if one of his maintenance techs could call me to trouble shoot the issue with the water heater. To my surprise, after hanging up and about 15-20 minutes later Relando called me and walked me through some diagnostics. After about 20 minutes, we were unable to trouble shoot. Relando said he would try and get his mobile team over to my unit to look at the water heater. Of course I assumed that was a polite way of saying we gave the old college try, things didn't work out, but you can bring it in to the shop to get it fixed. Was I wrong! Within an hour, Relondo's mobile tech guys ( who were awesome) rolled up and saved the day. As a 26 year veteran of the US Army, I was impressed and that is not an easy thing for me. Understand that Trailer Hitch doesn't care how much you paid for your rig, you are their customer and they care. Trust me, I purchased the most inexpensive trailer that trailer hitch sells. Finale thought, I am so glad I chose the Trailer Hitch RV to purchase my Zinger trailer. I know that I matter at the Trailer Hitch, that I am a customer that matters, and I would recommend purchasing or having your maintenance done at the Trailer Hitch RV in Nipomo. read more

I purchased my Grand Design Imagine from Trailer Hitch RV and could not be happier. I got a good price, but the icing on the cake is the service department. I actually chose to purchase from Trailer Hitch RV based on the reviews of their service manager, Brian, and as the reviews stated, he is excellent. I had a very few minor issues and Brian and his team have gone above and beyond to quickly solve my problems. Even though they were extremely busy with the summer rush, they made the time and effort to make me a very happy customer. I've had excellent customer support in person and on the phone from Chris, Sam and Hillary, and of course Brian. If I have issues in the future (hopefully not!) I will not hesitate to travel a little farther to deal with this outstanding team! read more

Great experience buying an RV here last April. Only disappointment was the PDI. Staff was for sure in a rush. Overall happy with the experience however. If you need to get a weight distribution hitch do so somewhere else there price was extremely high and the install done via eyeballing it. But trailer price is fair and warranty work was completed in a timely manner. read more

This review is for the Service Department only. We discovered that the brakes on our brand new RV were not working, we promptly took it in for warranty service. After three weeks without any word from them we started calling. They hadn't even started working on it. They gave us lots of misinformation regarding broken wheel parts, which were not broken. They then over adjusted the brakes which caused them to overheat and burn up, the drums also cracked, and the left forward shoes fell off. All of this happened after just three short trips out with the trailer. We are not in anyway hard on the brakes and use the truck diesel brake as often as possible. Our unit is just over one year now. We brought it to another service location who told us we are lucky we are not dead right now, thats the good, the bad is will have to pay for new brakes and drums. read more

We have several friends that have purchased trailers there because of the low prices. And that was the only reason because their customer service is horrendous. Since we are now in the market we went there and dealt with Paul first. He was extremely sexist and rude and still has not called us back with the answers to questions we had (it's been over a week). He has also not returned several of our calls. Next we tried David. Again, failed to call back with answers to questions and actually hung up on us when we asked why we haven't received any calls from any sales person. The only sales person to help us was Eric. We will probably be purchasing our trailer elsewhere. read more

Buyer beware. Before you buy check every nook and cranny of the unit. They will sell damaged and unfinished products. Rust inside and out on our unit. Brand new unit. And they wont to warranty it. We bought in June and took 1 trip, here it is September and we still have not received our unit back. They said possibly another 2 months. I could write for days about the shadyness of this company and there general manager Aaron who has not returned 1 of the 15 calls we have put in to him. My advice....the great low price, has price. Aaron, internet service manager seemed fine at the start. I asked for bids on extras for the trailer and he never got them done. We decided to push ahead and purchase the trailer without the extras. I guess they don't want to make sales on accessories. The big problem came after we purchased the trailer and realized the bed size was not as presented by staff and the website diagram.The website and and staff stated that the trailer had a king sized bed. It does not. I'm 6'2' and my feet hang over the bed. We purchased this specific trailer because I needed a larger bed for my size and height. We are sad to say that we now have a trailer with a bed smaller than a queen. We reached out to Aaron right away by phone and email and he said he we follow up shortly and didn't receive any follow up or offers to solve the problem in any way.
