I had done a little research prior to his arrival and he quickly arrived at the same conclusion as I: The AC motor was burned out. John did what was required to repair my AC, he didn't try to get over on me by claiming something else (like the motherboard) was bad, and the charge for the replacement motor and his labor were very reasonable. The Technician, Carter, that came was clean cut, intelligent and thorough. He took the time to to check each and every thing was able to diagnosed the many issues and explained it all to us.
