We had Justin come out to repack the wheel bearings on the two axle RV. His level of work was outstanding. We had the appointment made very quickly and the price agreed to before he came out. He had the Wheel Bearings repacked and the Stabilizer Jacks lubed with the time and he also helped us review the weight distribution system quickly to make sure everything was good. He had also found that squirrels had chewed thru the electric brake wire on the front axle and he fixed that for us too. Over all, the Go Green Mobile RV Repair was amazing and i really felt that the work was done well, with quality and not skipping on time to make sure the work was done very well. I can tell you they know what they are doing and get the job done right the first time around. I have a small rv rental called Lightweight RV Rentals LLC located in Vista CA that specializes in renting small trailers such as Aliner's Folding trailers. It's very difficult to find good rv mechanics and by chance I found Go Green but they are all the way south in San Diego County. I gave them a buzz and they scheduled me in right away. I had a laundry list of items needing fixed that also required special parts ordering. I hate ordering parts so when they told me they'd order everything and install they when they came in. Wholly Molly!! The service I have received has been amazing and my stress level has gone down tremendously. The hardest part of owning a rv rental business is making sure the rvs are ready to go for the next customer. I have a small mini van sized camper with a pop-up top. I was having some issues with my awning and the little sink in my van. I did a lot of research and I did not want to use one of the commercial big named RV repair companies, I wanted somebody local. I found Justin with Go Green and I will never go anywhere else now! The service was very personalized, he took his time, and he solved all the problems. Even showing me how to fix things if they have ever happened again, which I really respected. He was able to fix all of my problems within an hour, which I was so surprised at. Even though he took his time and did everything meticulously, it was completed it in such a timely manner. These guys are great. We bought a used motorhome ('06 Country Coach) that needed multiple repairs-AC leaking, another leak underneath the RV, one AC broken and discontinued, 15-year-old Aquahot needed a flush, a few things I can't remember. Justin came out and fixed a ton of stuff. Then to top it off, we had an AC electrical issue while traveling, which I spent an entire day trying to repair, eventually giving up and calling Justin. He came up with a solution that took me five minutes to get up and running and would have saved me an entire day and a bucket of sweat had I just called Go Green sooner. Go Green is a great value for Southern California, especially considering how fast and efficient Justin was. One thing about hiring an RV repair guy, everyone at the campsite tries to get some free advice because everyone has RV issues. Justin does a great job of moving these people along in a friendly way, even giving some advice, but he never stops working. As for our replacement AC, Go Green is handling that too. Our model has been discontinued--twice--and Eric was able to find a suitable replacement and a solution for getting it to us since we full-time. Excellent service and repair on my motorhome. I called GoGreen late in the day and Justin showed up the next morning. He checked out my electrical service to the RV and it was determined that there were fried wires in the ATS box. Justin had the parts in his work van and was able to change out the box in1.5 hours total. Both shore power and generator power are working great now. We had a box trailer with a broken drop-down back door that we couldn't get closed so it was stuck in the open position not only exposing all our stuff in the trailer to the elements but obviously unable to tow it anywhere either. The cable was also detached making the door much too heavy for us to lift. Just came to our home today and fixed the door right away (even in the rain). He also made sure that we could close it easily ourselves before he left. So now he's looking at our broken AC on our motorhome. We are so glad that we found Justin and Go Green. My heater has not worked right since I bought my 2018 Keystone Bullet. Justin came out, did some troubleshooting, thought it was the control panel, told me which one to get off amazon, we installed, went dry camping and the heater did not work. Justin came back out, for FREE, he didn't charge us, found that it was something else in the actual furnace, he replaced the part and traded me out for the part I had bought that I didn't need! Could not be happier with our recent RV repair (Furnace, AC, Heat Pump and Fan) by Go Green. Was able to get an appointment quickly -- Eric, who does the scheduling, could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Justin, the mechanic, was on time, and took very little time to sort out the problem, find the issue (a burned out capacitor on a circuit board), order the part and then return, less than a week later, with the part, install it and handle a few lesser issues, all within the space of an hour. Rates are very reasonable and it is so nice to have everything working, and in so little time. Previous experience with the dealer was that you waited weeks to get an appointment and then they kept your RV for weeks, and, on one occasion, could not accomplish the repair, but, that didn't keep them from billing for their time.
