Our Heroes! We were headed on our way to an Ultra Race in Page, Arizona when we blew a tire on our Jayco Ultra lite. We were having trouble getting AAA to come out and assist with the trailer because we were out of state. Since we were right across Highway 9 from Trailer Source we thought to give them a call. They answered the phone right away. We told them where we were and Kyle and Judd ran out to help us. Very quickly they had the blown tire off and our spare on. They gave us great advice and then checked the pressure in both tires before sending us safely on our way. Much thanks to them both. i was forced to give one Star. I purchased a 2026 Haulmark Heat and took delivery 4weeks ago. It was delivered to me with loose lug nuts, D rings that were not bolted down and a wall panel that is warped. they are going through construction and the trailer was covered in dirt. it was to be washed prior to deliver, all that was done as they spread the dirt around. the sad part is I was told that the owner would call me 3 weeks ago.........no call! read more

Took less than 45 minutes to fill out paperwork and get me on the road. Prices are much better than the competition in neighboring states. Unfortunate that I'm leaving a single star review. Great price on trailers, Shane was east and good to deal with. But, when it comes time to be an organized business and know how many trailers your client purchased, and send the title out...... be organized and get the job done. Shane he elf the title for me as a favor since we were moving and we agreed they would serve it when I informed them the new address. I called in January 30 to give that info. Receptionist said she would take care of it. On February 09 I call to check if it got sent: Issue 1- they ask which of the 2 trailer title I was looking for..... I only purchased 1 trailer. Issue 2- apparently It takes 9 days to put a title in an envelope and put a stamp on it....... just went out today....... I called over a week ago and they promised to send it out do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your trailer needs. What good is a trailer you can't use! I purchased a new $7,200.00 Diamond C Tilt trailer from these folks a month ago. One of the reasons I purchased the Trailer was the option to remove the fenders if needed. My first haul with the trailer was to pick up two lifts that I purchased that were not running. The lifts were loaded with a forklift and when I got home I needed to remove a fender and the left rear wheel to access the slide out battery tray. After having to cut off three of the fender bolts that were over tightened, collapsed and bent into the slot that adjust the bolts from front to rear I was into this for over 45 minutes already. Once I finally got the fender removed I proceeded to impact off the lug nuts on the wheel. The first lug nut came off after about 2 minutes of rattling on the impact (150 PSI 1\2 Snap On impact) 6 out of 8 lug nuts were either cross threaded or the nut was the wrong pitch for the stud. After cutting off two of the studs with a cutting wheel I checked the other three wheels and same thing, they were all on so tight if you were trying to change these on the side of the road you would have been SOL. I had to cut off a total of 6 lug nuts that seized up about half the way off. I contacted the person in Lehi, UT were I purchased the Trailer and he said that the nuts on all of those trailers were very tight going on and it was normal. I told him you should be able to run a lug nut on by hand at least half way with out much resistance. Anyway he said he would send me new studs and nuts to replace the bad one. After two weeks I finally received a package with half of the required studs and nuts I needed. I called them back over a week ago and left a message requesting the rest of the parts and still have not heard back. I have purchased at least a dozen Trailers in my life and never experienced such crappy service. I spent over 7k on a Trailer and I'm pulling all of the drums off and pressing studs out and back in myself. If you don't have the ability to do your own repairs be careful buying from this outfit. Or at least try to remove one of the Lug nuts prior to having a flat in the middle of nowhere. read more

We purchased a 8.5 x 20 cargo trailer and were really happy with the price quoted. It was 6835.00 out the door no taxes to be paid to Utah since we were from NM. I paid with our debit card and when I asked for my receipt Tyler just looked at me and I said oh never mind I have the bill of sale. Well the bill of sale had 6835.00 on it I deducted that from my register and low and behold a day later I get an email stating the actual price they charged my debit card was 6938.00, a 103.00 difference. We stopped in and asked Tyler what this was for and he then pointed at the wall to let me know that using a debit or charge card incurred an 11/2 % and higher fee, he then said we would have taken a check. Funny he never mentioned that before or I would have written one. Those large charges need to be upfront. It was never mentioned and to be honest I never paid attention to the stuff on the wall, I don't believe most people do. The nice honest thing to do is to mention the astronomical charge for the privilege of using our cards. Please be aware of the cost of using a debit card which Tyler says goes to the company he uses to process charge cards. WHAT??????????? jUST SO YOU KNOW BECAUSE I DID NOT. TERESA DIRK read more
