Hubby driving from Ca. to ID. Trailer lights stopped working... found Jolley's service center. I called and spoke with Shaun (hope I'm spelling it correctly). I explained my husband was in route and having lighting issues with the trailer he was using. Shaun asked me what problems my husband was experiencing and he told me to have him come down, he could help him out. My husband arrived (several hours later) and Shaun was extremely helpful. I have done business with Jolley's Trailers for 20 years. I have bought trailers for both business and personal use and I can't remember a time that the staff and product haven't been the best. I went in the other day with a electrical issue with trailer lights on a trailer I bought from them 3 years ago. I had done some trouble shooting and had things narrowed down a little. But before I started to get in deeper I stopped by to ask a couple questions on how the wiring was ran. They didn't only answer my questions but actually fixed the problem in just a few minutes. These guys are awesome. The trailers they have are nice and were perfect for grabbing a couple motorcycles. The prices seemed more than fair and they didn't really care that I was a few minutes passed time. They also knew the area fairly well and were able to help me with directions. If I ever need a trailer again, I'll definitely be looking here first. read more

They saved the vacation for us. We worked for a month getting our trailer ready for this trip. As we were backing it out of the driveway the trailer brakes locked up and nothing we did made them release. Danny stayed on the phone with us and talked us through the repair. Bought a trailer from them last summer and it came without a wheel stand and the lumber was untreated. The manager said he didn't have any spare tires and would give me one when he got them in, but I am still without a year later. Take your money elsewhere so you don't have to deal with these clowns. Trailer was too expensive for what I got and the customer service was terrible. read more
