I'm pretty sure that management is trying to fill in so they can get a break at this location. Looks like I'll be going to O Reillys from here on out.

January 1, 2023, I was 1.5 miles from my home at a traffic light on McDonough Rd. I drove on a…read moregreen light and all of a sudden a police car was behind me for me to pull over. His reason for pulling me over was because my license plate light was out. NOT THE brake, tail, etc lights. You could still see the license plate. I was let off with a warning. I was exhausted after church services back to back so I tried to rest and it was still bothering me about my plate light. I got up and found the closest place with my car's make and model light was Autozone on Lanier Street. I called and spoke with Marjorie. She was so kind and said I'll be here and we'll try to help you change the light. She's that lady with "girl power magic" go getting attitude. She tried and even went on YouTube to see how to change the bulb, because couldn't figure it out but tried very hard. The Asst. Store Mgr. Caleb stepped in and he too went over and above to help me. He seemed familiar and was able to change the light bulbs for me. I was grateful the Lord put two kind spirited people at that store to help me, because I was very bothered by that stop by the officer. If I ever need any other auto supplies for my car I'd definitely go back to this store, because they were kind, had stellar customer service, and pro active. All done with a smile. God bless you both Caleb and Marjorie.

Review for Fayetteville Ford…read more I want to start by saying our salesman, Alexis, was fantastic -- a respectful, knowledgeable young man who genuinely tried his best to get us to the OTD (out-the-door) price we were targeting. He communicated well and never pressured us. Unfortunately, the experience with management was disappointing. We received repeated pushback on our price until we informed Alexis -- out of courtesy -- that another dealership had immediately agreed to our $43,000 OTD price on a comparable Big Bend Bronco. Alexis went back to his manager, who suddenly became more flexible. The manager asked which dealer it was (we didn't disclose), then claimed that dealer would add fees, do things wrong, and so on. Suddenly, they were able to match the $43K OTD -- we appreciated Alexis for making that happen. We were told everything was good to go, and Alexis confirmed the car was ready. After confirming there would be no down payment, we were then told the APR was 10%, even though we had already been approved with Ford Credit at 7%. The manager backtracked when we pushed, saying, "Oh, I didn't see that," and that someone would call back after checking with Ford Finance -- we never got a call. We still went to the dealership that evening to finalize paperwork. After a 2-hour wait, we were brought into the finance office where the finance manager began pushing GAP insurance and an extended warranty. We politely declined both, and he initially agreed to remove them -- but then "went to double check something." He returned and said both GAP and warranty were now required, claiming they were "losing $2,000 on the car" and needed to make it up on the back end. To make matters worse, the manager himself came in to reinforce this, stating the add-ons were not optional -- which is not only misleading but likely a violation of fair lending practices. This entire exchange is documented and recorded. We walked away from the deal. Bottom line: OTD means Out The Door -- not OTD "plus required GAP and warranty." This was a disappointing and deceptive experience that undercut all the hard work Alexis put in. A family-owned dealership should hold itself to a higher standard than this. We would not recommend based on how management handled the sale.
