We've boarded all 3 of our dogs here a couple times now to get them used to the whole process and every time we pick them up our dogs are happy, healthy and ready for a nap! Debbie is so sweet and you can tell she really cares about the dogs. Facilities are clean and I love how big the yards are for our dogs. Also, really happy with the dogs getting the one on one time and having 5+ times outside each day. There was so many extras that Debbie just includes that you would have to pay more for at other facilities. I also love how it isn't a huge facility, so you know your baby is getting the care and attention they deserve. So glad we found them and now have somewhere to watch our dogs whenever needed!

We went on vacation last fall and left Bandaid at another boarding facility for 10 days. He staged a hunger strike. The boarding facility didn't let us know and when I returned to pick him up he was in bad shape and needed medical attention. We stopped using that boarding facility. We needed a new boarding facility and found Sweeties Cat house. I was a little nervous about leaving the cats at a facility again. But like I said they need supervision.... So I left them with Sweeties cat house. I asked them to watch my little protester to ensure he ate. They did. And when we returned to pick him up, no issues. The positive experience made me feel okay with leaving him in their care on multiple occasions for a few days at a time. So last week we dropped the little guys off for a 10 day stay. I was nervous. Well Bandaid did his hunger strike thing again... Unlike the previous boarding facility, Sweeties called to give me an update. We talked about the situation and when my guy started to show signs of a medical crisis they kept me informed. Paula and Alba both advocated for my little guy and got him to a vet before things escalated. I am extremely grateful for their thoughtfulness and attention to my cats. They really went above and beyond to ensure a healthy outcome. Happily my guy is home now and acting like nothing ever happened! I cannot say enough kind things about this boarding facility and the people there. I will not hesitate to leave my little guys with them again if needed.

Their pricing is very reasonable, and I appreciate that they charge per night instead of using a strict 24-hour window. It feels fair and transparent. Since we were new clients and everything happened so last minute, a little more communication or a few updates during their stay would have helped ease my mind.
