We're so happy we found Bamboo Dog Resort - it's taken so much of the stress and worry away. We've boarded all 3 of our dogs here a couple times now to get them used to the whole process and every time we pick them up our dogs are happy, healthy and ready for a nap! Debbie is so sweet and you can tell she really cares about the dogs. Facilities are clean and I love how big the yards are for our dogs. Also, really happy with the dogs getting the one on one time and having 5+ times outside each day. There was so many extras that Debbie just includes that you would have to pay more for at other facilities. I also love how it isn't a huge facility, so you know your baby is getting the care and attention they deserve. So glad we found them and now have somewhere to watch our dogs whenever needed!

Despite being brand new clients and arriving last minute, they treated our dogs with kindness and care. When we picked them up, both dogs were happy, relaxed, and clearly comfortable with the people who looked after them. That alone told us everything we needed to know. Their pricing is very reasonable, and I appreciate that they charge per night instead of using a strict 24-hour window. It feels fair and transparent. Since we were new clients and everything happened so last minute, a little more communication or a few updates during their stay would have helped ease my mind. Overall, we are genuinely grateful for how smoothly everything went, especially given the circumstances. We will absolutely be returning.

They became farmers for a week…read morewhile sitting my psycho pony, minidonkeys, kunekune pig, chicken mafia, turkey mafia, 4 crazy goats, 2 bunnies and 3 dogs. The ladies spent an hour each day with my animals, sent pictures while they were there, and kept me informed each day about each animal. They even noticed a scratch on my pig! One of my turkeys was sick when I left and unfortunately passed away 2 days into my vacation. These wonderful ladies actually held him as he passed away and took care of his body. Seriously, what animal service does that?!? Their prices are ridiculously affordable and like the other reviewer, I too felt the need to pay more than asked. They are personable, kind, and clearly love what they do. I cannot recommend Ashley and Nancy highly enough!!

And rather than have them deal with the stress of being boarded, I decided to try a pet sitting service while I went on vacation. Ashley and Shawna came out to meet me and both were extremely friendly and professional. They both asked questions about the health of the animals, my vet's contact information, emergency contact info, etc. and had the appropriate paperwork to fill out. The peace of mind I had after they left was just what I needed! They will send you pictures of your pets while you are away to reassure you that everything is ok and also provide you with text updates. The price they quoted me was far too low in my opinion, so I felt it was necessary to pay them more than they were asking. Totally worth it! They even took the time to clean up a little!!! Amber was ready for the challenge and understood that I have a certain way of feedings and unplug certain cords. I met with Amber once for a mini interview and then went over the steps. Met again to provide my house key and went through the steps. She was spot on with my detailed instructions and provided fabulous pictures of my Tank. Amber is professional and has a humble behavior.
