So I called the actual store where the delivery was to come from. I spoke to the mgr Ashlyn. She was very kind, listened to my issue and had great empathy for what was happening and how desperately I needed the supplies that day. She went above and beyond making sure I got my order, even waiting for the delivery driver who showed up right at closing time. She even called me to let me know he was on his way. Ashlyn showed great compassion for the emergency situation I was in with my sick kitty and made it her mission to make sure we got what we needed. I so appreciate what she did for us. She deserves to be commended for heroic deeds.

The DNA results also showed genetic findings associated with chondrodystrophy and increased IVDD risk, which was not disclosed at the time of sale. I contacted the company immediately and provided the DNA results, microchip information, and requested the correct paperwork and a resolution. They responded once asking whether I wanted to keep or return the puppy. I explained that we were keeping her and wanted to discuss updated documentation, compensation, or another fair resolution. After that, they stopped responding despite multiple follow-up emails. We love our dog, but I feel misled and very disappointed by the lack of transparency and customer service. When I contacted the warrant dept their email has the following disclosure: Our department is not permitted to make outbound calls or receive inbound calls.
