After trying several other Pilates studios that felt impersonal, Motivate was such a breath of fresh air. Every single instructor is fantastic, but a few deserve a special mention. Odet is incredibly knowledgeable. This girl knows fitness! She knows exactly how to challenge and motivate her clients. Christine's positive energy, smile and genuine kindness make every class such a joy. Alin is also another amazing and motivating instructor. And Courtney somehow delivers an amazing workout while keeping everyone laughing, it's like getting a comedy show with your Pilates class! I can go on and on about each and every single instructor. If you need help she takes the time to instruct you and help in order to avoid injury. Weights are left scattered all over the floor, hand sanitizers are empty and rarely refilled, and there are balled-up hairs on the floors. What's going on? The gym used to be clean and well-maintained, but it's become quite trashed lately. One thing I don't understand is why the cleaning happens during peak hours when members are exercising and kicking up dust that we then have to breathe in. I'd really appreciate it if this could be addressed. Also Please check on some of the machines bc they seem broken and loose.
