I like the premise of this place. You head into the middle of nowhere PA and can become fully engulfed in the training. I went for CISSP training. There were minimal distractions. The lodgings were just fine. The trainer was excellent. Not only was he a subject matter expert but he was very good at teaching the material. I was failing practice tests before the class, but successfully passed the certification on my 1st try. I have recommended this place to coworkers, and they have all successfully passed the CISSP exam on the 1st try. My big complaint is that the food sucked. I wasn't there for the food. I worked my butt off for 6 days and on the 7th day passed the test. At the end of the day passing the test is all that matters. read more

BEWARE!!!! Training Camp's Customer Service leaves much to be desired. They will call & email several times BEFORE the class, but watch out you will not be able to reach anyone AFTER the class. They will NOT return calls or emails.......not good business practices. Very disappointing that a company like ISC2 would choose Training Camp as a training partner. Look at majority of their reviews online.....customer service is NOT their strong point. Companies like Apple, Google, and LG are so successful because of their customer service-before, during, and after purchasing their products. Please, please for those paying out of their own pocket do your research online. They're are so many Training facilities to choose from-Training Camp is not one I could recommend. I honestly wish there was a zero star option because one star is just too much for this company. I never have given a review on yelp and made sure in this case I do. Please stay away from Training Camp! Customer service and sales team will be in consistent contact with you to get you to sign up and follow up with you to make sure you show up. But, once you are done with the training course, they are no where to be found. Their agenda said they would provide 40 hours of intense and curated training, but they only provide about 16 hours of training. The instructor basically reads out of a book and does not provide an enhanced or curated lecture to help guide us to success. They take your money and provide no successful training path. This is the worst training company out there. Beware! I registered for a class 6 months before it started so they would have plenty of time to fill it. Of course, they were more than willing to take the my money. I specifically asked them about cancelling, and they said it wouldn't be an issue. Then, they cancelled my class and then refused to refund the cost of my airfare (they did refund the cost of the class though, probably scared of lawsuit). Do not use them for anything! Their business practices are shady, and there customer service is awful. Worst people ever. read more

This was my second time using Training Camp. the first time was very pleasant, but this trip was scheduled, cancelled, and rescheduled so many times before I finally actually got there. The rooms (Villas) were tolerable, though not desireable, needed a bit of cleaning when I arrived (dirty bed sheets and comforter, pop running down walls, floors needed vacuumed, bugs crawled out of bathroom sink drain). Chairs that we had to sit in ALL day were very uncomfortable, flopped from side to side and most squeaked very loudly with the slightest movement. The computers were insufficient for the Microsoft training we taking. The instructor moved ahead so quickly through the material and seemed irritated when questions were asked because it slowed his daily 7-8 Chapter high-level speed overview. Overall, it was an alright experience, but I was not very happy with this trip and, unfortunately, I won't be using Training Camp for my future training needs. read more
