Out of the 10 addresses I've had as an adult in 4 states, this has been the most pleasant experience. Texas isn't my favorite place and when it came to concerns of wildlife regarding pets, They're super knowledgeable and helpful. The property stays clean, trash never is over flowed, really healthy balance of people moving in to moving out. Staff is incredible. Cresa is the PM -- she's thorough and communicative. April is the MVP -- above and beyond, completely will go out of her way to make the residents happy, and not just myself I've been a witness to others. I'm a single father sales professional who's lived here for close to 6 years. Working from home for the past two years I will say that this community is pet friendly, well maintained, very clean, has friendly residents and secure with a night patrol. The ladies in the office are very helpful and always willing to accommodate reasonable request. They are all very kind and caring to all of the tenants. The two pools onsite are nice and always maintained with views that are easy on the eyes. The maintenance crew is very prompt and attentive to repairs. IF YOU SMOKE, DON'T MOVE HERE! You will face serious backlash from both the office and the tenants that reside here as this is a 'no smoking' community. Younger, older, with children or without, single or married this is an awesome place to live for people who are responsible and mind their own business while willing to help & be kind to others. If you like drama, are a noisy neighbor, or been in jail inside the last 5 years and loves to cause trouble please do us all a favor, and don't move here! You will be miserable! Still living at Tramor for over 2 years going on 3 years! Since then I've upgraded to the next size up from San Gabriel to Trinity for a bit more space and a different building area. I LOVE where I've been living now versus my previous unit. Though the rent was cheaper, I didn't like being below ground but still liked being on the first floor. On the Trinity unit, my patio is wonderfully grounded and I can easily look onto my car easily and find parking perfectly in the area. The unit also has my laundry units on the inside which is nice especially from the recent cold weather and not having to do my laundry out in the open on hot or cold days. The area my unit sits in I have 4 people who will walk down to where my apartment is vs previously having 9 separate units so I love that even more since I can easily put a face to who I'm living in close proximity to. I can easily say I've said hi and know my neighbors by face. That or I'm secretly a stalker and just am very observant. One thing I love is the accommodations have been upgraded, the gym is beautiful and renovated and doesn't look like it's older than me. It's clean simple and the tv is flat and not old school CRT haha. Treadmills and elliptical are upgraded and they even have stair steppers now! Bikes, and old weights still reside but hey, it gets the job done. They got rid of the valet trash, whoo hoo, which is $20 I'm paying less now and I am so glad they do the maintenance on the place every Friday and spray for pests monthly. Finally, the bigger you go, the "nicer" it gets, my bathroom is easily accessible for guests instead of previously having them go through my bedroom and I enjoy more cabinets in the kitchen. I love the ladies in the office as they recognize me immediately when I stop in to pick up a package or pay rent, they don't even ask what unit I'm in they've just memorized who I am now and that's neat! Ps. If you live here invest in a gate clicker so you don't have to stop and get the window down to enter. It's 37$ tied up and you get the money back when you leave. Yay! Love it! read more

I just signed a lease here at Tramor at the Hills and I had an amazing experience with April on the leasing process! She is awesome and since I do not currently live in TX she communicated with me via text and phone call and was extremely efficient. She made sure we got the unit we wanted and have been waiting for!! On top of that she worked with me with all my questions and was extremely accommodating and non judgemental throughout the whole process. Trust me when I say I've been living in apartments for years now and I've never experienced such amazing customer service... like I am so much more excited to be leasing from Tramor at the Hills because of April. She went above and beyond for me like no one ever has and this apartment complex is so lucky to have her!! It's meant to be smoke-free but there's smoking, and management is 100% aware. There are SO many pests inside from spring to fall, and someone working here for years apparently was unaware of the dangers of water around light fixtures and in walls, even denying it after I explained it to them...scary. Management: Some are overly/fake nice, and seem to just be there for the office job and nothing more. Some are fantastic and have that truly amazing above-and-beyond customer service attitude. I've had some great interactions and mind-blowingly arrogant and condescending interactions (management DOWNPLAYING AN EMERGENCY then refusing to apologize for making me feel incredibly unsafe, inadvertently exposing their lack of knowledge surrounding the dangers of water around live electrical wiring. Who knows, maybe they'll apologize after reading this!). They're generally good about communicating when work will be done on the property that will cause disruption, though often forget to follow-up when the work is complete. Location/Grounds: Appearances are their priority so the grounds are always kept up and the location is fantastic. There's minimal vandalism. Apartment: My building was never sealed off, meaning free range for all pests to enter. Spring - late fall there's cockroaches, scorpions, beetles, and spiders. For whatever reason management decided not to do anything when they learned the building was not sealed until I reported rodents in the ceiling. It's possible this problem has since been fixed. But the apartments are beautifully designed, open, the private porches are nice, and there's plenty of parking. Smoking: It's against the lease but people do it anyway. I frequently smell pot blowing through my vents and outside select buildings on the property. If you talk to the right person in Management they really try to find who it is so it can be addressed. If you talk to anyone else their solution is to directly ask everyone if they smoke (residents know it's against the lease), so everyone says 'no' and that's the end of the conversation. It's hit or miss. Random guests who smoke cigarettes are usually pretty courteous if you ask them not to smoke. Be weary if smoke-free is your reason for seeking out this property. Maintenance: They're polite but grumpy. I've only had a couple issues that required maintenance and had to ask twice both times before the issue was resolved. read more

Where do I even begin? April & Clara have been beyond amazing. After having lived at the same place for 20 years, new management came in (my old place, not Tramor) and suddenly, I had to move. It was a very tough time for me. April was a rockstar. Wonder if she'll be at ACL this year? I digress. She was kind and helpful, so here is where I landed. Every issue I've​ ever had, they're instantly on it but that's not what makes Tramor such a nice place to live. They are EXTREMELY people friendly​- like I've known them all my life. After being in Austin for 15+ years, I can easily say this is the best apartment I've lived in here. For North Austin, the location is PERFECT. Easy access to every highway you'll need in the city, with plenty of groceries and food to choose from nearby. The management is AMAZING! They are super friendly and helpful (especially April, who originally toured the property with me and still remembers me and my kitty to this day). There's a real nice sense of community here. The units themselves are nice and spacious, with very thick walls. I rarely if ever hear my next-door neighbors, aside from occasional chatter in the breezeway (but that's pretty normal for me and not a big deal). If I had any complaint about them, it would be that the kitchen appliances feel a little dated, at least in my unit (I'm in a Longhorn). But even then, for me, they do the jobs they need to do, so I don't really care. The rental price was also a bit higher than I was used to even when I moved in, but I accepted that in favor of the location (which, again, I LOVE). Overall, if you want to live in North Austin, look here and grab a unit if you can! read more

We have lived at these apartments for almost a year and we can honestly say we love them! There are plenty of trees to help keep the apartments cool and noise levels down. They are incredibly pet friendly! They follow through on their rules to ensure everyone has a healthy environment (such as, ensuring others clean up after pets). The property manager is so incredibly nice and quick to response to any and all questions you may have. Maintenance follows through with requests in a timely manner and are always smiling and waving when you pass them. We have felt safe and happy here (even though all of 2020). read more

I lived in these apartments for almost 2 years. The only reason I am moving is to move into a house with a yard. The location is 5 minutes from everything and within walking distance of Starbucks and Trader Joes (basic girls, celebrate!). The apartments themselves are a clean, well maintained property. Any maintenance requests, no matter how trivial, were completed within a day of submission. Unlike some apartments who claim to be pet friendly, but still have breed restrictions, these apartments are EXTREMELY pet friendly. No breed restrictions (heaven for the pit mix owners like myself) and dog treats in the office for the pups. There is a little pet area within walking distance. The staff even know the dogs by name (and their owners). The apartments have holiday contests, which the winner gets a discount on rent. The staff are very sweet and very involved. They will bend over backwards to make your living there as pleasurable as possible (special shout out to April). You're not just another tenant. They know you by name when you walk in and treat you like a friend. I literally have no complaints about these apartments. read more

If you complain about anything, like the water shutdown for 5 hours two days per week (during a pandemic) or not having hot water for 4-5 days in a row the reception will blacklist you from replying to emails. (P.S. it does not matter if one is given notice about this the night prior. it's still a health and safety matter.) Owner will pretend to be on top of your requests but will only do so in a Pretense to deflect from a bad review. For the record no one "worked with me" on anything while I've been here. Preston and the property manager sent me clusters of harassing emails after I complained about the water situation. The only thing the owner did was apparently tell them to stop after after everyone in the office had their last word to me about the situation and was Cc-Ed. This group of people seriously lacks every decorum there is when it comes to professionalism. constantly reminded living while here receiving mail is a luxury, & may make it INTENTIONALLY complex to collect your packages. I had to take time off of work to collect my package since no one wanted to place it outside for me. Walked to office only to find the door locked with a note saying "be back in 30 mins" knocked and no one answered. Have been told my mail is not there only to receive follow ups that it is after I objected with the post office. Email I received from property manager Cresna after being disappointed with the endless water shutdowns: " The other option is to leave the main shut off line leaking to where 100's of gallons of water are wasted, then have the line burst, without notice, leaving the entire property shut down for who knows long, without notice. This is the most logical solution. If you have a work order request, or anything else you need regarding your lease, please let the office know, otherwise, we will not be responding to your commentary" The whole office is uncoordinated, lazy, tacky, unprofessional, bigoted and rude. Only 2 washing machines work in one of the buildings and are typically flooded and covered with hair, also the gate-code is never changed which is probably gives credence to why there are so many issues with people wandering the property. I was not given any sort of heads up, aside from a flyer taped to my door/ that in small print let me know I would need to give two months notice prior to my lease ending , that I would be moving. I neglected to do this and was forced to stay an extra 25 days (25 days BEYOND the actual date my lease ended) the front office staff attempted not to prorate and I was also charged an extra fee of $250.00 Seriously disgusting tactics. Tramor property management is literally THE BEST. The Hills was the first of two Tramor properties we lived at and I could not love an apartment complex more. I literally sent the office staff cookies when we officially left....to another Tramor complex. lol Through all of life ups and downs they were always so flexible and willing to work with us on transfers and weird requests. They really care about their residents and were always super reliable. Maintenance is INSANE! We would have to call in work orders strategically because they were so damn fast! The only time we had a work order open more than a day was when we were waiting on a replacement part for the dishwasher. I would say the only downside was at certain times of the year we would have big palmetto bugs in the house. I feel like it can't really be avoided though, because all of the beautiful trees. So, that's more of a trade off, ANNDD TO BE FAIR, we couldn't have pest control spray in our apt because we had a newborn/infant. 10 out of 10 would live here again! read more

I lived here for one year and the only reason I moved is because I was accepted into a graduate program out of Austin. I loved my time living at this apartment complex. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and overall stellar. I always felt like they addressed issues at the apartment in a timely manner and communicated with residents professionally. This is also THE most dog friendly apartment I've ever lived in. There isn't a dog park at this location but the affiliated apartment up the street has one and is available to residents of the Hills! It's not very big but it's definitely a good place to take your dog, especially when other dogs are there to play with. You can literally walk to the dog park from the apartments which gives your pup & you some exercise too! The staff is also very welcoming to pets and knew mine & my dog's name and always greeted us both. The only problem I ever had was with other residents. However, this is simply the nature of living in an apartment complex and any concerns I brought to managements attention were, again, handled professionally and in a timely manner. I hope to move back to Austin after I complete school and this would definitely be an apartment I'd consider living in again! read more

I lived here for three years, through at least five managers, and two ownerships. The maintenance staff stayed consistently awesome throughout my years -- although the managers were up and down, the maintenance guys were always awesome. I really don't think I ever had a manager for more than six months, so don't worry about a bad one (and don't get used to a good one; that's pretty par for the course for apartments, I guess.). Once Tramor bought the complex, the staff stabilized a bit, and they were pretty good. Another consistent feature is the bad plumbing. The water went out a. freaking. lot. Once, during the coldest week of the year, we were without hot water for about five days. They provided showers at the sister complex up the street, but man, that week sucked. There are several colonies of feral cats on the property. Some local charities work on trap, neuter, and release programs, and there are designated feeders. The cats never bothered me (or my dogs). In fact, I was rather fond of them and even named the frequent visitors. (I considered taking one of them with me when I moved, but figured he rather liked his free range home.) I know other people didn't like them or were afraid of them. At one point another resident claimed that the cats gave her apartment fleas and demanded the management get rid of them, but because the colonies are protected by the pet groups, that didn't happen. An odd complaint: a friend had a different floor plan in a different building. His neighbor's cigarette smoke came through the vents and outlets in their shared wall. EW. Once he shut the vents and plugged the outlets, it wasn't an issue. Weird, though, right? My biggest complaint was the stupid valet trash "service." My apartment was just across the way from a dumpster, so taking the trash was never a burden for me. (and, uh, friends? it's a fact of life.) But I'm assuming that it's convenient for people in some of the buildings further from the parking lot. At any rate, being obligated to pay $35 a month for someone to take your trash from your front door five nights a week just seems ridiculous. Especially the obligated part. Overall, my years there were good. It's a convenient location, the apartments are nice and spacious and updated, and the staff was mostly good. read more

I have lived here for several years. I am moving out due to rudeness of some staff, lack of fire safety (The apartment rating site will tell about this!), unsafe buildings, lack of up-keep, and rent increase. I could go on for pages and pages with my stories! I will focus on lack of repair or improper repairs vs. rent! I am now paying over $900.00 per month for less than 900 square feet. With this list of ongoing issues: 1. Master bathtub was resurfaced incorrectly and began to peel after 2 weeks of my move in! 2. Both bathtubs were covered with mildew after I moved in. They came to fix it by placing thick caulking over the mildew! 3. I had a roof leak about 2 years ago. The inside was fixed but the outside never was. I reported this several times and again today! I was told that the wind was lifting my shingles! What they do not know is that I have done some roofing before and that is bull@@@@! (I will post pic for all to see!) 4. I told them that I can hear water in the wall leaking! The guys came to "fix" it. They turned down the hot water in the wall to slow the leak. Now, my showers are cold. They did not know that I have done some plumbing in my time!!! The mildew in the walls are very bad! 5. I told them about the patio overhang rotting. The 2x6s and 2x4s were "fixed" but the roof in falling. (I will post pics of this also.) 6. My dishwasher was looked at for repair over 6 months ago. They never came back. 7. The microwaves are so cheap they keep breaking. I have been through 3. They keep giving me old ones out of other apartment that have been "fixed"! 8. The AC filter has been replaced 1 time in over 3 year! 9. Nails are sticking up on the wooden walkways and patios throughout the property. I had one go through my sandals. I was looked at very rudely when I went in to tell the staff. They nails are still a problem! 10. Rotting wood through the property is a very big problem. The pool area is such a big problem that they keep trying to fix with no true safe result. The problem is that they put in new wood without spending the money to properly treat the wood. Every time weather and termites eat at the wood. This is cheap and unsafe. Also, lookup police and fire department calls, as well as looking at other review websites before moving in. I have MANY stories about the police and fire department coming out. THERE IS NO SECURITY ON DUTY TO STOP THE YOUR CAR OR APARTMENT FROM BEING BROKEN INTO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The trash service you are forced to pay for also SUCKS. The trash outside at night causes raccoons to knock down trash daily!!! How about nudity and drunkenness at the pool during the day!?! Well, my girl has seen her first "male parts" due to this apartment lack of security!!! I could go on, and on, and on, and on . . . . instead I will post picture for you! This property started a yelp page because the other rating pages were very bad! When I moved in they had a high rating of over 90% and now their rating is about 41%. The rent has been raise so much that I was forced to buy a house. A old house was much cheaper! Do the math before you move in. I'd give this place 5 stars except for one thing: FLEAS. All Arboretum apartment complexes get fleas, and they don't go away no matter what. All my neighbors had fleas too. They come as soon as it gets warm and don't leave until about October. Other than that, these apartments are the best I've ever lived in. The management is awesome, super friendly, and if there's a problem they come fix it within five minutes. They are extremely helpful. The complex is really clean and well-manicured, the apartments are visually appealing on the outside AND the inside, and it feels safe. And the price can't be beat. Not to mention the awesome location and beautiful neighborhood. If you aren't terribly allergic to flea bites like me I highly recommend living here. read more

I've lived here since June 2015. I've rented apartments and homes in Austin for 7 years now, and I could confidently say that Tramor at the Hills has been my favorite so far. The location is great, the staff is phenomenal, the prices are more than fair, and the square footage, storage space and finishes you get add even more value. I haven't had any bug issues, which is a first for an older apartment complex. It's quite cold in the winter, but the summers are comfortable. It's gated, and it's near everything for convenience (Target, Costco, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, HEB). All in all, I am very happy here. Why three stars? As they all say: in the end, you get what you pay for. The walls are paper thin. And I mean real thin. As I'm lying awake in bed past midnight, my upstairs neighbor's washing machine is vibrating my ceiling and causing my ceiling fan to make tinkering noises. I can count the minutes as it changes from wash to rinse to spin. I can hear their dog scratching himself as his paw hits the ground, and every morning when he scampers across the hardwood floor. I can hear muffled conversations and every step that's taken. I even hear urine hitting the toilet water as someone uses the restroom above me. I feel like I am living under a giant. My sleep schedule is at the mercy of when my neighbor decides to call it a night. All of that being said, I do love living here. But the sound issue alone is enough for me to knock two stars off of my rating. Your overall experience may be better than mine, depending on whether you live upstairs or whether you have a neighbor that does laundry every other night at ungodly hours. They're under new management, so now the name is actually The Hills at Tramor or Tramor at the Hills (either one) Pretty good management company. A lot better than any other I've dealt with. When I moved in, they made sure that everything was what I expected and if not, they would change it right away. I noticed that my blinds in my living room were a bit hard to open so I called the office around 3pm to have take a look at it. By 3:45pm, I had brand new blinds in my living room. The ladies in the office are really friendly as well. I always feel welcomed and not just a bother. Cool, I like being the first. Lived here for 18 months and counting, just renewed and transferred to a new apartment model. A year ago this would have been two-stars, the old management was horrendous. I had to go to the corporate office to get simple things done, like things that were promised for me during my move in. The new management is very cool and responsive and communicative with you. If something is going on in the complex, you will know about it. If you contact them, you will hear back. The place is clean and well maintained, gate always works, pool is always open and refurbished, it's a really good place to live. The fitness center could use some new equipment and the bigscreen tv has been broken for months now, but there is a second tube to watch. read more

Having a consistent supply of hot water has been an ongoing issue now for almost 5 years. After years of denial that it was just me (my apartment) having the issue they said the boiler had been replaced last year. Tramor at the Hills (which used to be the Hills at the Arboretum under previous management) is a great older apartment community that has been renovated in recent years. New air condition units and plenty of shade offer lower electric bills. Anyone living in Texas knows electric bills can be outrageous with our extreme heat. Here that is not the case at all, very low cost. The water is shared amongst the whole property and is on a split billing system. I noticed some previous reviews mentioning the hot water issue. The water kept going out and wasn't heating properly when I first moved in, and finally their boiler system went out. So the issue is no longer present, since they had to completely replace the boiler system. The gym is very outdated and needs MAJOR renovation. Running on the treadmill sounds like a wild animal trying to break down a door. It's loud and I swear the belts are hanging on by a thread. There really aren't any free weights besides two dumbbells, which to me are necessities for someone to workout with. All the elliptical machines look like they're from the 80's, including the only box TV that is in there. The pools are great. The first one has two levels with a waterfall, with the top level being deeper. It appears they are in the process of replacing some of the wooden boards, which is really good because one of them almost broke off on me the other weekend when I tried to get in. Not to mention the possibility of splinters. I'm hoping they will also replace the broken ladders by the pool. If nothing else the cement steps are always the alternative. The other pool is at the top of the apartment complex past the mailboxes and up the steps. That one tends to be a more quiet and reserved pool. Great for sitting out and reading. The apartment itself is spacious and has a good layout with floors that look just like hardwood and carpet only in the bedroom. The floors tear easily since they are laminate, but their appearance is very pretty, plus easier to clean up after a dog. I like that the bottom balconies are half open so you can walk off of them. The management here is some of the best I've ever had. Preston, Cresa, and Becca are all extremely helpful and friendly. They like getting to know everyone (and their dog) and resolving issues quickly. The maintenance guys are also very friendly and quick at their jobs. If you have a request, they will make sure it gets taken care of. Management is in the works of deciding whether or not to renew valet trash. I'm hoping they don't because it's $20 a month and the valet trash guys always skip over my trash. All in all I really like this place. The move in fees are low and pet deposit is only $150 and fully refundable, which you can't beat with most apartments. The complex is quiet and people are friendly, you're close to plenty of entertainment, not too far from downtown or North Austin, and there are plenty of great outdoor things to do. Great Hills Country Club is in walking distance. Great Hills trail park (take Rain Creek Pkwy, then right on Sans Souci, then right on Sierra Tahoe) and Bull Creek Falls nearby. There is a mini trail within the complex. Go to the very back, facing 360 where there's a dumpster and trees all behind the enclosure. If you walk behind that you'll see the trail and you can sit right on the edge of the 360 cliffs. Great view of the sunrise. If you have pets this is the place to be! read more

I lived at the Tramor for two years and i'm not sure why i stayed that long. There were many problems i had living here but will just stick with the main points. The biggest thing, which they will not tell you, is that is the temperature goes below 32 that they will shut off your hot water. So on the coldest nights you have no hot water and if it is to be under 32 for a few nights in a row, you have no hot water for days. This past winter there were a total of 9 days with no hot water. When I asked about it they said sorry and that was the end. I emailed the owner who's response was "there is nothing we can do to fix this quickly. if you want out of your lease you can be". We ended up getting credit for 2 of the 9 days. They "remodeled" the laundry facilities while i lived there. Or what i should say is they changed the paint and tile in the laundry. Put the old washers and dryer back in. So i went to do laundry and loaded 5 washers of which 1 ended up working. Same with the dryers. When i moved in, two of the burners didn't work on my stove. FOUR maintenance requests and THREE weeks later, it was finally fixed. The lighting above my covered parking spot was out and again, Three requests and 3 weeks later it was working. I believe i wasn't asking for much and always had my rent paid 1-2 months in advance. I would not recommend moving here. Go down the street and pay 25 dollars more for three times the square feet. read more

Nice cozy apartment complex, reasonable rent considering how high rent is in Austin. Staff is responsive to any issues you might have, and they are professional and friendly. Lots of dogs here. Lots of aggressive dog breeds as well. Piles of feces everywhere, and the scent of dog urine gets pretty ripe in the summer time. Inside the apartments, there are no vents in the bathrooms, or ceiling fans in the living rooms. (At least not in my floor plan). Very humid after a shower, and pretty noxious after dropping a deuce. Also, very thin walls, floors, and ceilings. From this, I feel like I know my side neighbors a bit too intimately. I have also nicknamed my upstairs neighbor, "Stampy". After living down south at the Tramor apartments and having a good experience, I decided to stay with the company for my move up north. I am so glad I did. This location exceeded my expectations. Although I will be moving out at the end of my (extended) lease, it is not for a lack of satisfaction (I'm moving into a house). This past year has been awesome at Tramor. All of the ladies in the office are absolutely amazing; it is clear that they care about their tenants. Cresa helped me in a BIG way when it came to some relentlessly rowdy neighbors, Meaghen always gets back to me ASAP with emails, and I don't know Preston as well but she's a sweetie whenever we cross paths. And let's just talk about the maintenance team! Holy crap. They are the sweetest group of guys and work effortfully. The location is awesome. Right out back of my unit is a little trail that winds up being the top of some rocky/cliffy/things that border 360. The apartments are super close to Bull Creek and St. Edward's Park, which both the pup and I loved. Speaking of which, this place has no weight or breed restrictions, which is super rad (and unfortunately extremely rare). I also like the fact that I feel like I'm in a treehouse whenever I walk to my unit. I will definitely miss the staff and the nature surrounding the area! read more

This has been by far the best apartment experience I've had in Austin. The ladies at the front are awesome, I got to know my neighbors, and my apartment itself was the perfect size and price. It is also a very dog-friendly place, which was great since I have a german shepherd. I was so sad to have to leave when I did - had I not been looking to move out of state, I would have absolutely signed another year lease! read more

I just moved in here a month ago, and I have to say I'm a HUGE fan of the management and maintenance. I've never had such a pleasant experience with an apartment, and after my last leasing nightmare, this is just a breath of fresh air. Preston (the property manager) is the sweetest lady, and so accommodating and on top of things! Every single time we've submitted a maintenance request they have come and taken care of it, no problem, and the maintenance guys are so nice, usually I feel uncomfortable with strangers in my apartment but they are so friendly I don't mind. The pools are awesome, and the neighbors are all quiet, pleasant and there seems to be a preponderance of people with really awesome dogs. The only downside to this place is that since the buildings are old the plumbing is pretty awful, again we've called maintenance a lot! But they really try to take care of it as much as possible. The other downside is that the apartments have very little storage. But man, beautiful views, great location, great management, nice neighbors. I think I'm going to like it here :) read more

April was great! I currently live in a sister property and was hoping to move into this property sooner because of how awesome the front desk staff is. Unfortunately I have to wait until the end of my lease. I've never experienced such an accommodating staff at an apartment complex before. I can't wait to move in December! P.S. Clara is awesome too! This place is amazing! The location is perfect, with many malls close by, the complex is always clean and despite almost all the neighbors have dogs it is VERY quiet. The apartments are cozy and very well maintained. But the best of all is the AMAZING staff they have at the office. They make you feel like home! April and Preston are absolutely wonderful, they are so nice, friendly and helpful! I love passing by every now and then just to say hi cause they brighten up my day! Definitely recommended to everybody, this place is the best of the best! read more

I actually don't live at the Tramor - this is more a review of the office staff than the complex itself. I came in at 5:45ish on a whim one day after work. Cresa was on her way out the door, but she stopped to get me settled while I waiting for Meaghen to be available. I fully expected them to just give me a brochure and send me on my way, but Meaghen actually took time out to talk to me about what I was looking for and what all they would have available. Of course, it was too late to take a tour at that time, but she looked to see when she would have the floor plan that I was interested in available and scheduled a time for me to come back. Meaghen also sent me a follow up e-mail to make sure I didn't have any questions. I ultimately ended up finding something that suited my needs a little better, but I had to debate with myself for a while before making the decision. read more
