This antique store has a little of everything. I could have spent hours going through everyone's booth and seeing all the cool treasures in here. It was pretty big spot with tons of different items. alot of cookware, vintage clothes and houseware items. it had a mix of more contemporary items and then really old collectibles. I loved it. The workers were quick and helpful. I feel like the prices varied between a steal and overpriced. just have to really know what you are willing to pay for a particular item. read more

I love an antique store and anytime I can find one I try to stop in. While I do at times like to just walk around and check stuff out I typically come looking for specifics. Vinyls are my favorite, but old time home decor, vintage books etc are a weakness. My brother was with me this visit and looking specifically for coins. Unfortunately there was only one booth we could find and he felt the person who owned that booth (happened to be there) just was breathing down his neck. He felt over crowded and uncomfortable. He passed on even having the case opened. I didn't find anything this time, but service for me was pretty good and the store was clean and didn't have that musty smell you get at some spots. I felt some things were priced a bit steep. All in all a decent shop, but being so far from my home I don't think I'd come often. read more

I have been shopping at this antique store since 1993. This yr, there was a notable change in customer service. It was less then extraordinary. First, the store seems dark, as the lights are inefficient. The aisles are crowded. I inquired about a Hot Wheels sign and was told, " It was an antique, a special promo given to authorized dealers only. Hmm, on the back of the sign there is a bar code label, dated, 2025! Yeah, right, it is a special promo to dealers only! Ok, you don't want to sell, I get that, but, don't blow smoke at me. I took a 5 minute break in the store, seached ebay, found it, same sign, 8.00. Ordered it. Ok,if the store doesn't want my money, fine. I did find some Hot Wheels for 8.00, decided to pick them up. Waiting in line, 4 people ahead of me, I get the same guy who I had the conversation with about the Hot Wheels sign. He starts condescending, " Yeah, I could have sold that sign 100 times over." "Oh, I guess some people don't know about ebay, I just bought one for 8.00. It will be here Tuesday. It's hardly an antique sign and wasn't only available to dealers, that Technology didn't exist in the 60s, nice try!" He turned red and was flustered at this point, so flustered, he couldn't make change from a 10.00 dollar bill. When he finally did, I smiled at him," Merry Christmas " and left. Don't lie to your customers, it just makes you look bad. read more

Huge store, great selection, probably my favorite "large" antique store second to the Brass Armadillo. Decent prices and employees very friendly and willing to help (they're happy to follow you around to as many locked cases as you need with a smile). Love this place, it's loaded! Bonus is that there's other smaller thrift stores down the street to make a day out of it if you're driving from far. read more

Place is full of goodies!!! I have found great jewelry and home pieces! A must see! Organized by seller all prices are set by the seller so not a lot of room for negotiation but good prices! One of the best antique shops in town! Found a 14k yellow gold imperial pearl ring here for a great price. I also bought some gorgeous Staffordshire peacock porcelain, and a black leather bookmark with gold foil of forest animals, gorgeous also. Shout out to Rose for being so knowledgeable and personable. On both of my visits she was the most friendly and helpful staff member. Parking is plenty, and get ready to aimlessly and leisurely spend hours here. read more

This is one of the few places I've been that allows the generations to find a common ground.. From "remember when?" to "what's that?" antiques are a bridge and language we all speak. The staff of the Antique Trove are kind, welcoming and friendly. The music will have you moving in no time.. It's easy to get lost in the interesting and cool items each vendor has. This is my FAVORITE antique store and I have been coming here since I moved to Arizona back in 2014. I'm an avid collector of rotary phones and old soul. So, when I come here it feeds my hunger for both. I never fail to find something that I like and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The other thing I always noticed is when I leave I DON'T have a headache. Lol perhaps that means they keep it cleaner than most places? Who knows. But anyway, I LOVE IT HERE! HUGE antique mall with a smattering of everything. They provide maps of their store and of other shops in the area. Not overly flexible on pricing, but not a deal breaker. Would definitely come back when in the area. read more

I'm a sucker for an antique store, especially one I didn't know existed and ended up driving by on accident which is exactly the case when my girlfriend and I stumble upon the Antique Trove! Tucked away in a plaza next to some other businesses that I don't recall, this antique shop had a ton of different venders and offers pretty much everything you can think of except for video games (I did end up buying one, but otherwise it was just people trying to sell games worth $1 for like $10). Like most Mid-size antique centre's this one features about 10-15 aisles of stuff to sort through and overall the store is pretty clean and well kept, which is more then I can say for some other places. Overall, this is a pretty typical antique shop full of possibilities depending on what you are looking for. Seeing as how this is actually the only antique shop I was able to pop into when I was in Phoenix I can't compare it to others in the area, but If you are like me then you know you'll enjoy poking around regardless of what you come across, give them a shot! read more

What a great find. So Arizona is pretty weak when it comes to antiques and vintage stores, at least when compared to the richness of California or New York, or even Denver and Seattle. Phoenix is a fairly young city so it's environs have not had the decades of time to develop a rich antique legacy. Also, it's somewhat of an "old west" town instead of a sophisticated metropolis, so it has never attracted many folks who are into fine furniture or collectibles. For example, it is doubtful that anybody in the Phoenix area in the 1950's cared much for a George Nelson bench or an Eames chair. Plus the heat is not conducive to fine furniture, at least during the 50's and 60's when air conditioning was just emerging. So finding antiques is not as easy as in other cities. Having said that, Scottsdale is the one small bastion of vintage things Antique Trove had a great stash of mid century, Art Deco, and cowboy/western stuff. It's set up with the usual individual "booths" where different vendors display their wares. Also, like all antique places, your luck depends on the day you go. The day I went, it was stocked to the hills and had lots to choose from. Prices here are ok. It all depends on the individual vendor. I scored a light blue Pyrex bowl and it was $24. I had seen one for $12 at a thrift store, and another for $36 at a shop in Mesa. So their prices are about average. The proprietors were very nice and accommodating. All in all, this was a good find and I'll be back. I scored some kitchen ware, some amazing chromed canisters, vintage drink ware, a gorgeous 50's jacket, and some tiki stuff. All reasonable and from a wide and varied selection. Particularly useful was a section with advertisements and wall art categorized by subject ("airplanes," "automobiles," Disney," etc.). PROS: this shop is amazing! It has glass cabinets people rent all the way to cubbies. All with different themes with prices that are reasonable. The guy running it is very nice as well and there's tons of parking CONS: this is off the highway and away from other tourist areas. This place is so much cooler than I ever thought it could have been. Don't be like me, thinking that the website does the place justice, because it doesn't. For years the website actually spoiled what the experience was when I eventually made my way in. Now, I am not a flee market lady or a thrift store shopper but when I wandered into Antique Trove, I had no clue how big it was. I made my way to the far left and took the "first" aisle all the way down, being greeted by sections of people. Or so it feels. I think they're dealers or sellers or something so, one little section may offer someone something and the neighbor across the aisle may offer something different. All unattended while I've been there, though I'm sure some come and go as they need to. I don't even know how long I was in the last time I visited, I feel like I get lost in a time warp and haven't any memory that there is a whole world going on outside of the place. It was a bit overwhelming for my senses the first time in, like sensory overload from all of the things to look at. Anyhow, I obviously dig the place. It may be one of those hit or misses if you're looking for something specific (although, hard to imagine you couldn't find it here, seriously). I got the most beautiful set of Tibetan bells here. If you want to buy a $1 items or maybe a $5.00 item...this is what they are selling...Business here is dead....vendors aer leaving....no traffic anymore....the property owner does not care....he gets space rental fees and he is constantly getting offers to buy the location.....good location --- no real customers anymore..... read more

The Store was Crowded with clutter, everything was overpriced, it had Scottsdale written all over it. The swap meet is way more organized then this. I went with my ghost hunter girlfriend and she sensed something in the back far left corner of the store, so we scattered out of there . Will not be back . read more

This is a really great antique mall! Lots of vendors and booths with something for every interest. My daughter and I spent several hours looking around and enjoyed all the unique items. We were actually looking for an Arizona license plate to add to our collection and there were a few vendors that had some plates, although none were exactly what we were looking for. That's okay! This place has been here for a long time and always is an enjoyable way to kill some time on a Saturday. I personally LOVE to visit yard sales, estate sales and antique shops. There is something about it I have always found relaxing and enjoyable. Antique trove is a mix up of many vendors who rent out little sections of the store so you will come across so many styles of collectibles and antiquities. The pricing will vary as well based on the vendor. Sometimes vendors will have sales as well. You never know what you will find. Sometimes I walk away with a killer deal and some days, I walk away empty handed but I never walk away feeling like I wasted my time. Stopped by on a whim and fell in love! I have been hunting for antique/thrift stores to decorate my built in shelves. I found so many things I loved but a lot of it was a little overpriced. Though, they do out things on sale. I got 6 decorative books for $45 because they were on sale. Any decor I wanted like small wooden bowls /vases/ little trinkets were all $30 & up.
