I had a leak in a pipe that did major damage to my home. He spent twenty minutes repairing the pipe and charged a ridiculous amount. That's not my issue though, he didn't supply a receipt or an invoice outlining the work done. Without this my insurance won't pay out. I've been nothing but polite to him and even explained personal information like I'm a disabled mother of 3 children and that I needed my home repaired. I rang and text every day for 9 days after his promise to supply me with what was needed. He has totally ignored all my messages and calls and still stuck at home with all the damage done. So once again don't be the next person to write a negative review, there are quite a few here already. Totally untrustworthy and unreliable.

The guy only confirmed that, left after two minutes, and charged us 112euro. We then got a quote for a fix of over 550 euros that included a new valve, expansion vessel, and sensor which turned out to be completely unnecessary. We got another quote and the only parts that were changed were a pressure sensor and a valve, which with the labour totalled less than 200 euros.

I paid a premium because of the day that was in it (€120), but that is to be expected with a last minute call out on a public holiday.
