After a week on the market, we had a bidding war and sold our house for 20k over asking. I know this is not typical, but it's very possible with Jerry. When it comes to buying a house, once again, there is no one who will work harder for you. We ended up paying what our initial offer was going to be! No one knows East Aurora better. Jerry knows practically everyone in EA so he often gets the heads up before houses hit the market. He will even call FSBOs for you! When it comes to communication, he will not leave you hanging. He checks in even when there's nothing going on just to touch base. He kept us well informed through the entire process of buying and selling. He really is on top of things. He even caught something in our pre-approval that would have caused a lot of problems and paperwork down the road. Jerry isn't pushy with his clients, he wants to sell you a house you will be happy with so he doesn't try to push you into buying something just to make a sale. Aside from all this, he's friendly, courteous and funny! What more can I say, you would be a fool not to use Jerry! Anyone else is a step down.
