It is a healing space, where you feel peace and comfort as soon as you enter. I had the shirodhara treatment, which includes just as much ceremony and pageant and it does treatment. Shirodhara is a form of Ayurveda therapy that involves gently pouring liquids over the forehead. The name comes from the Sanskrit words shiro (head) and dhara (flow). You start with a warm for bath, a pageant in itself. Then lay down and the warm oil drips on your forehead and runs down your hair, feeling like a tender massage, both cleansing and calming. Finish up with time in the sauna to release any lingering tensions and give thanks for the gifts you have received . I highly recommend this experience, and look forward to trying other ayurvedic sessions.

They got me in scheduled for 950 the following day they ordered me to fill out information naturally online and I could not fill out the proper paperwork ... They then proceeded to tell me that I had to reschedule. I could not fill that out on the computer because I did not have my insurance information. It wouldn't let me go any further so they refused my services. With pain of sciatica of five days I wouldn't recommend these people to my ex mother-in-law. !!!
