Specifically, Shawna is everything you could ever want in a massage therapist. She is honest, hilarious, kind, and amazingly talented. I have been in severe pain in my shoulder for years, and she is the first and only therapist to truly make an impact on that pain. She is always there with experiments, explanations, and ready to do whatever it takes to help me feel better. Their hydro-massage table is also an amazing experience. It is relaxing and soothing and loosens your muscles before a deep tissue massage. They have such an array of services, and they are always kind in explaining them to you. Unlike other spas in the area, they do not try to "upsell" you on services or products, they genuinely care about their clients, and that is evident. To address a previous reviewer, when you first become a client, you sign a standard cancellation policy, their policy is visible immediately upon each check-in, and it's included at the bottom of every appointment confirmation. If you cancel in under 24 hours, the therapist scheduled to serve you has to scramble to fill that slot - or they will not be paid. That is how service businesses work. I would never seen an issue with paying a cancellation fee if I wasn't responsible enough to cancel within 24 hours. I am not affiliated with the business except as a very happy client who understands the need to be respectful of staff in this type of business and feel the need to refute a negative comment made out of anger and that mentioned disrespect.
