I am very aware of my body and what works to heal the flare up. I asked for cupping, she doesn't do this any longer but does do Gua Sha. She started with an acupuncture treatment then moved on to the Gua Sha, which was great, she found and worked on the area in pain, then ended with massage and some liniment.
