I called my local guy to see if he could recommend another dealer in the area. He told me to call Video Haven in Somerset, 20 miles away. I called and spoke with the owner to tell him what my situation was and asked him if he could help me. I offered $95 since that is what the 800 people told me the cost would be to send someone out. He refused my offer and said he wanted $125 CASH! I told him he was a thief and hung up. Would never recommend him for anything.
