The hot stones followed by the cold stone was immensely enjoyable. The bath ritual available to anyone who purchases spa services was nice, if overcrowded for a Monday. Wish the steam room was bigger to accommodate for demand. The relaxation room with chaise lounges and pretty views was a highlight for me. - truly my only complaint is feeling a bit crowded in the bathhouse and relaxing room. read more

The Omni spa is really nice. There's a bath ritual you can do before entering into the actual spa which includes cold, hot and showers with special scrubs. It's very relaxing. Then you can relax in the spa before and after your appointment. They serve kombucha, teas, nuts and berries and the staff is super friendly. They offer massages, manicures, pedicures and facials. A very relaxing experience. The locker room is full of everything you need, even mouthwash, brushes, slippers, bathrobes and more. I only wish my massage was a bit longer and they had more snacks. I got the prenatal massage and it felt very short. Overall, a good experience. read more

This is the second time my family and I have been to the spa and it appears as though it just gets better with time! My sister and I both had Kira and Kathryn for facials and body scrubs. The facial I had with Kira was the best facial I had ever received (ummm why was this my first face massage ever??) and I left my scrub with Kathryn having moved on to another dimension. It was a scrub and instead of showering off like many other scrub treatments, the spa has managed to make sure you stay warm and cozy while you're washed off, while also making sure the damp towels stay warm. (You know how when towels that are wet cool off and you're freezing? They make sure this doesn't happen by constantly dousing the towels with very warm water. I can't begin to do this service justice by explaining! Go!) It was a delicate balance that I wouldn't have been able to do myself with a thousand years of training. My mom had Anna and Justin and she left saying this was the best spa experience she's ever had. It was hard to determine what she had because she was in such zen bliss afterwards she couldn't even describe it! I cannot recommend the spa enough. You also get time in the baths and sauna and they make sure not too many people are using the facilities at a time so it's not too crowded. This is an incredible addition to the day and really adds to the spa experience. While some of the therapists were not wearing masks they either 1. Asked if I wanted them to wear one and immediately put it on when I said yes or 2. Put one on if I asked. Finally, my first time at the spa I got a survey email from the Spa Director - Stephanie - and I gave feedback on a tiny hiccup that occurred with my services and she fixed the problem immediately. We have stayed at the Bedford Springs Resort and used the spa each visit-and every time it has been exceptional! Love the bath ritual (a tradition embedded in Bedford Resort being a mountain retreat since 1895). First you exfoliate in the hot/ cold deluge shower (alternating hot and cold sprays of water); then head in for a eucalyptus steam in the wet steam room. After sweating it out, take a deluge rinse. Then you alternate between the hot mineral bubble pool (hot tub) and cool mineral pool soak, which feels like hanging out in a wine chiller since it can only accommodate one persona at time. In the end, hydrate with refreshing cucumber aroma mist. Dan enjoys the same in the men's locker room and we end up coming back together in the co-ed lounge for fruit, granola and tea- and nappy lounging. This is one of my favorite spa lounges because, not only can we share time together after doing the bath ritual in our respective his-n-her locker rooms, but the floor to ceiling windows offer ample sunshine and beautiful views of the mountains. There is an outdoor patio, but we have only been here in cooler months and have not had a chance to hang outside. Our massages have been memorable and relaxing. The service top-notch. If you have a spa treatment, you can come and go through the day, so we sometime leave for lunch and come back for a repeat bath ritual. It's a beautiful experience. read more

Wow! Another great Omni Spa! The people are amazing! Heather at the front desk is friendly and organized! Paige did my facial and people are still commenting on my skins weeks later (I purchased a sunscreen lotion and a facial mask to continue the results). This spa has a wonderful mineral spring bath! The bathing experience is included when you book a spa service. There are separate mens and womens baths. Step 1 - Deluge shower- bigger and better than any home shower. The one I used was nice and clean and very powerful without hurting me. There is an eco-friendly large bottle of body wash and of course great towels everywhere. Step 2 - steam room 15 minutes to sit, enjoy the aromatherapy and rid yourself of toxins. Step 3 mineral bath - with or without jets (they are on a 15 minute timer and I enjoyed the water almost as much still as bubbling! Perfect temperature and again the bath was very clean. Step 4 - it took me a second visit but I did get in this one. It's a "cold pool" - at 75 degrees it was cold without being shocking and in the end I was glad I did it. The quiet room is LOVELY and comfortable with ample chaise lounges that face the garden, another person or a pretty view. Delicious snacks and hot tea with staff to assist and answer questions. There is also a lovely quiet garden with chaise lounges but it was hot so I didn't go outside. It definitely adds to the view from inside! I would highly recommend the spa and hope to return! Due to restrictions on cell phones (yeah!!!!) and the fact that it's like taking pictures in a bathroom I do not have any photos. The website photos are truly a great indicator of the spa and its amenities. read more

I've been coming here for years. After nearly 2 years of the pandemic this was well overdue. The bath ritual was perfect as usual. I got a 65 minute Himalayan stone massage with back exfoliation. Aaron did a great job. They changed the chaise lounge chairs in the quiet room. Ok but no blankets. I assume that's due to the pandemic . Ugh. Overall it was a wonderful experience. I visited this spa while my boyfriend golfed. I really enjoyed my visit here. This spa is very nice and relaxing. I arrived early for my massage, so I could enjoy extra time in the relaxation room. One of my favorite things was the Mighty Leaf tea. Seriously. I had never had this brand before and it was so amazing that I stocked up at Whole Foods. Get the Ginger Twist. Add a slice of lemon. Amazing! Also, the spa snacks were especially nice, a nice mix of nuts, dried fruit as well as fresh fruit. For my massage, I got a 50 minute deep tissue. My masseur was very interested in using the correct amount of pressure necessary to ease the tension in my shoulder and back. After relaxing awhile longer, I tried out the bath ritual and cascading shower. All in all, it's a nice spa. read more

I usually get deep-tissue massages but I am expecting, so I booked my first prenatal massage. I wasn't sure what to expect but it was absolutely wonderful!! I highly recommend Katie G. She was amazing and I felt comfortable and relaxed the entire time! I will certainly request her if we return. I would have liked a larger relaxation area like I've experienced at other resort spas, but the baths in the locker rooms were very nice and the massage I received was just wonderful. read more

The spa staff are very professional and experts at what they do. Outside of Kenna, the spa and springs themselves were wonderful. It is beautiful, we spent close to two hours in the springs/relaxation room prior to our appointments.
