If you're after a facial, a massage, a manicure or a pedicure, and you're in the local area, this is a great little place to check out. Quite misleading as they lead you across the shopping centre up some stairs to their treatment rooms, don't let it disappoint you because the rooms upstairs are really nice. They have nice music, mood lighting, frangrances dancing in the air... my only complaint is the last time I had a massage there (maybe i'm spoilt with Ella Bache) the massage bed was pretty hard and there was this waxy paper on top of it instead of towels that I had to lie on. It stuck to me like nothing before and wrinkled in certain places and I think I ripped it in one, this was just getting on the table. Needless to say, it kind of ruined my ambience and whilst the massage and facial I got was great, maybe they should have just used towels? The prices are more than reasonable and you can usually get an appointment within 30 minutes of walking into the shop and the beauty therapists have been there for a while, which means they're treated right! I have been going to this place for massages for years. After work or after a long day shopping at Mt Ommaney it is the best place to finish the day and relax. The girls who work there are fantastic, very friendly and professional. I had a few different masseuses from there massage me and all have been amazing. One of the main reasons I love this place is they make the effort in creating that relaxing atmosphere. The lighting in the room is dim, they have calming incense wafting in the air and soft relaxing music plays in the background- it usually is the sound of birds or the ocean. Some other places do not make the effort to create this ambience which can be annoying, which is why I just stick to TranQuilty, it is a wonderful experience every time. In addition to massages, they also offer a range of other services including waxing, facials, manicures/pedicures, tinting, perming, piercing and micro-dermabrasion. If you are in the Mt Ommaney shopping centre, it's definitely a place you should drop your bags and relax at. read more

By far the WORST delux pedicure I have ever had. From filling a foot spa probably purchased at KMart with tepid water from a thermos to the decrepit uncomfortable chair & having to contortion my leg unsupported to as high as my hip this was the most horrific experience I have ever had. They also used burning hot paraffin wax that was so hot I had to ask them to remove it. Also, there is about 6 nail Polish colours you can choose from & they all look like something Blanche from the Golden Girls would choose. Save your money & head to one of the other 3 nail salons - I've had better service at all of them for a quarter of the price. read more
