A couple of months ago I had to cancel last minute due to a Rescheduling of a Dialysis appointment That morning and apologized profusely on the phone After leaving a voicemail. Not long after I was alerted by calls from other spas in the area saying they were contacted by Breezy Hill to effectively try to blacklist me. I have not decided whether to take legal action. I had offered to pay a cancellation fee the next day When they returned to my call, but they were trying to charge me over and above a typical cancellation fee and was actually Asked to payfull price of what would be the service. Outrageous. A cancellation fee is one thing but being scalped, while on SSDI, is completely another.

While on the table, she guided my intentions for the session and had me focus and imagine negative things floating away. I was able to let go of some very heavy things I'd been holding on to and came out of the session feeling so much lighter and more at peace. My second experience was with Cassidy for a 90 minute massage. I told her I'd booked it because I'd seen it was recommended after the reiki session and as a reiki master she explained the link and went into more depth with the connection between the two. She is extremely knowledgeable and explained things about my body that had been affected by my mental state of mind. She intuitively knew after working on me for a few minutes that cupping would be needed to increase the blood flow and asked if she could do that. Just surrender to her and let her work her magic! She also used the singing bowls at the end of my session. Overall, I went into these appointments wanting to just relax, grasping at straws to get negative energy out of me because what I was doing wasn't working. I left feeling so calm and happy and because of their consultations with so much information on how to move forward incorporating the principals of and understanding of how to keep that peace at home, make safe spaces for myself, and prioritize time for myself to prevent me from getting to the place I had been when I entered their door. We have enjoyed spa treatments all over the world and this one sits at the top with the very best, honestly - it was an overall lovely experience. The spa itself has a great location - walking distance downtown with nearby restaurants & shops. It is beautifully built within an old mill and they have done an artful job to maintain the unique original architecture while building-in modern touches. The treatment rooms are very nicely decorated in soothing tones with creative accents. The staff were ALL so friendly and personable.
