They claimed insurance wasn't paying them, which seems questionable. Allegedly, the owner had financial problems and changed the model to providing expensive treatment for desperate people that's not covered by insurance. This is a rumor but the vibes were so bad around there when this transition happened.

I have had really traumatic experiences with dentists in the past, so the fact that I felt really safe in his hands meant so much to me. I'd also like to shout out his assistant, Savannah. She was warm and friendly. She instantly put me at ease. Even better, she was very swift and gentle throughout the imaging process. Another point worth mentioning, they were transparent about pricing from the beginning. I find many dental offices get a bit cagey when you ask what the cost is, but, if you're paying out of pocket that's obviously helpful to know! I really appreciate that they called and gave me an exact price upfront. Everything was done gently and expertly.
