They were compassionate, attentive, professional, and I truly appreciate the medical care I received from them. Unfortunately, my experience before being seen was extremely concerning. I arrived around 1:50 AM experiencing severe pain radiating from the front of my body to my back, along with chest pain and difficulty breathing. I informed the registration staff that I was in excruciating pain and could barely speak because of my condition. Despite explaining my symptoms, I was told I would have to wait because several people were ahead of me. I then remained in the waiting room for approximately three to four hours while my condition worsened. During that time, my pain became unbearable, my breathing became more difficult, and by the time I was finally called back, I could barely walk or breathe comfortably. I understand emergency rooms can become busy, but waiting hours while experiencing chest pain, severe pain, and breathing difficulty was frightening and unacceptable. My concern is not with the medical staff who treated me once I was admitted, but with the registration and wait-time process. I strongly encourage Luminis Health to review its triage and patient reassessment procedures to ensure patients with serious symptoms receive more timely attention and care. I also ask that this feedback not be met with a generic response stating that the matter will be reviewed. Concerns regarding emergency room wait times and triage procedures are clearly ongoing issues, and patients deserve to know what meaningful changes are actually being implemented to address these repeated complaints and prevent similar experiences in the future. Thank you in advance for providing a meaningful and transparent response regarding how these concerns are being addressed.

They truly made her stay comfortable and pleasant. She raved about them and insisted that I leave a review to show how much she appreciated their kindness during her extended stay. So thank you, Stephanie and Hazel, for making her time in Room 608 such a positive experience. It means more to me than you will ever know.

I waited for about 10-15 minutes in the waiting room before being seen. There were about 10 people ahead of me so amazing timing on getting in. Once I got called tarra took me to my room immediately and got me started she asked all the right questions and had amazing bed side manner. She made sure I was taken care of and felt supported and comfortable. Dr. PETRE came in within a 5-10min time frame after I got them my X-rays he was polite laid back and ready to hear my issues and give me a potential solution. He asked me questions and broke down what my issue is in the simplest terms to make sure I was truly able to understand what was going on with my knee. He gave me two solutions and answered questions before I could ask them. Also amazing bed side manner I truly appreciate their assistance and help. The girl at the front desk I didn't get her name but she was very polite and friendly to all the patients. She made sure everyone's bad day turned good.

For weeks, I made multiple attempts to provide important information related to my upcoming procedure, including submitting my current medications exactly as instructed on the preparation paperwork. Despite leaving messages and following their process, I received no acknowledgment or timely response. For a medical office, this level of neglect and poor communication is unacceptable. When I finally called to follow up, instead of addressing my concerns professionally, the staff member I spoke with became defensive and combative regarding the office's failure to respond. The call ultimately ended with the phone being hung up on me. At no point was there any ownership, apology, or concern shown for the lack of patient communication. This experience has seriously impacted my confidence in this practice. Patient care does not begin and end with the procedure itself -- communication, professionalism, responsiveness, and accountability are equally important. Unfortunately, this office failed in all of those areas. I would strongly encourage anyone considering treatment here to carefully evaluate whether this is the level of patient care and professionalism they are comfortable with. Best, Ms. Perry

I had to go the urgent care. The UC wasn't packed (pre COVID) . When you arrive you go to the receptionist they process you fast and your seen pretty fast. The first part, is when they check your vitals and ask you questions on why you are there. Next, you are taken to a exam room. The wait time, to see the treating physician wasnt that long. Maybe less than 30 minutes. However, there's staff checking on you, etc. Eventually, I was seen and the whole process was good. The physician was very thorough, professional and had good bedside manner. Give me my script and I was on my way. The on site pharmacy is a plus. At 10pm at night, this is a blessing. I didnt wait long, and they were friendly too.

We have visited Kaiser locations in Columbia, Silver Spring, Largo, and Capitol Hill. None of the staff ever refuse our request for me to accompany my husband to facilitate the interactions, including labs in other Kaiser locations. The phlebotomist at Bestgate has been very rude and sent me out on two occasions, including this morning, 7/8/28. We informed her that he has a legal right in MD to have a support person present but she did not care. Her actions & attitude are not representing Kaiser well, or promoting successful health care interactions for patients.

My appointment was set for 4:30p & I was not seen for an hour+ without forthcoming communication of what the delay was for. I had to ask at least 3 times and their response was just "trying", yet I'm sure if I used that same reason as to why I was "trying" to be on time for my appointment but was an hour late, I'm sure I would've been charged for my absence. I don't appreciate my time being dismissed, especially without communication. But to address care quality once seated in a room, was fine. The staff in that regard was attentive and quick.

"Good afternoon, I am writing to share my experience at your Edgewater, MD location today. While I was impressed by the professionalism and kindness of everyone I interacted with, I unfortunately received an incorrect initial diagnosis. I came in for an x-ray of my pinky finger and was initially told that there were no breaks or fractures. However, I later received a call from PA Ben confirming that a hairline fracture was detected after further review by the radiologist. I understand that medical errors can happen, but I believe it would have been beneficial to wait for the radiologist's report before providing a definitive diagnosis. Additionally, knowing about the hairline fracture, I would have appreciated the opportunity to have my finger wrapped as a precautionary measure. Despite this, I want to commend the staff for their overall care and attention. I hope this feedback can be used to improve future patient experiences. Thank you for your time and consideration." This was my experience in a nutshell. Needless to say, I won't be returning.

It was a Sunday afternoon and my husband and I went to this clinic. We did not have an appointment. We were walk-ins. The clinic is Bright and well maintained, and the front desk staff and waiting room was very welcoming. We were greeted immediately upon entering and assisted in signing in. Just sign in and paperwork process is done digitally, which is very convenient. The tech that did my triage, Tyler, was very polite and professional, but also very personable. Although I did have to wait a while once I was taken back into the exam room, it was understandable, considering we were walk-ins and it was a weekend. I had a PA, a student nurse, and a nurse practitioner that all assisted me. The nurse practitioner quickly determined I had a sinus infection and wrote me a script for antibiotics. The visit went smoothly and I received the care and medication. I was hoping for. So, I'm very happy Although I did not need any of the other services they provide, it's a very well appointed clinic with the availability to do virtual screenings and such with providers that are not in the actual building. So, it is a great resource!
