Don't fall victim to this conman. He acts like he knows what he's doing by playing with a…read moremultimeter and claiming to be a technicican. This man needs to be reported and retired as he is a liability to you and your home. He blew the main circuits on my oven's main board by retrofitting the wrong parts, which he had lying around in his trunk. We got a firework show and he tryed to tell us that the whole oven didn't work before he came over, when in fact was fully functional minus the element we called him over to repair. If you want to finish breaking your appliance, this guy will teach you how to do exactly that. Best technician to show you what NOT TO DO!! This guy just wants his 60$ and doesn't care about you or your appliance. AVOID!!

My gut feeling is that he goes around offering "quotes" for his fairly low fee and then completely breaks your stuff and then tells you "sorry it's not possible to fix" and pockets your quote fees.
