Shortly after two big screws fell out. Called and it's been at least 5 months and never get called back. It is sagging and a critter got behind where it was sagging and built a nest I call and call and no answer. I have been so nice and patient. Last phone call I did say I don't see how they stay in business to the answering machine. It is a franchise so I'm sure it is just where I live. Surely not all are this bad.

They were up front about costs and did not try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. My shutters were even installed ahead of schedule which was lovely because I had guests coming in from out of town. I highly recommend them. Was told they would have to send a person out to measure. I can understand this policy as windows come in all shapes and sizes and would be needed to prevent wasted material on the businesses part. I asked for a rough estimate for what it would cost using my figures and a week later have not heard back. So if you choose to use this business be prepared to take a day off work to wait for a person to come out and measure and no telling how long for a cost in making and installing. Have the impression this is a business catering to contractors more than individuals. Also, noticed they advertise as being locally owned however other reviewers are from California which leads me to believe they may be a franchise.

We hired this business to build our carport on April 15. Carport was not built until May 30. Took…read moreall of 5 hrs to build. Was told construction would be on 2wks of April 15. Unfortunately before we were aware of a problem with this company on May 1 we contracted Tobias (owner) to build a fence for our garden home which means a very small area fence. It is June 20 and our fence is not built. On May 13 they ripped out the old fence so for over a month we have had ours and our neighbors backyard wide open (neighbor side fence was also our fence) Neighbor now pissed at us and Scorpion not answering calls. 8 wks to put up a very small fence and still nothing. We have been left hanging. Had to give 50% of job cost for deposit. You've been warned. Not a good situation to find yourself in. Bad business practices.
