This past week I made an appointment with Shannon and she was amazing. Deep tissue is never fun, one might add it hurts a bit sometimes but Shannon was amazing and worked her magic, I walked with a tight back and neck, I left feeling great. I slept very well that night too! This was by far the best massage I've gotten in years and I made sure to book my next appointment ahead with Shannon.

I attended the hot yoga classes. The 60 minute and 90 minute ones. I thoroughly enjoy them. The instructor did go a little bit too fast. And some of the movements were a little bit hard for me because I'm not a yogi, but I did enjoy the classes. I also attended the hot mat Pilates classes. If you wanna get in a good sweat and challenge yourself, I recommend the hot Pilates classes. At first the heat was a little bit much for me, but I got used to it. And after going for a month I improved my stamina and looked forward to attending. They offer massages and private instructor classes. One weekend they had a pop-up coffee bar. And while I did my trail membership, they had a challenge going and did a raffle for winners.

Each time we go, they are always asking about the other kids and our spouses. It feels like a local neighborhood doctor. They are quick to respond if we call for anything. They are beyond pleasant with the kids, and NONE of the fear going to the doctor (even after shots).
