I've only been to the downstairs room since I prefer the lit up wall in that one :) They blow fine salt into the room which can be a little noisy so that can be a bit distracting at first but I get use to it after a bit. We sat in lounge chairs and had a 45 minute session. You aren't doing much in the room. They place ocean sounds and you can rake the sand if you want otherwise your either visiting or sitting in silence. It was relaxing but I didn't feel it was worth the price.

No notice, no notice that even my schedule access would be revoked, there was promise of me returning once I feel better from this medical condition that I had where I couldn't even finish a 60 minute massage, and then come to find out that is no longer viable because they filled up my room and no longer have any need for any of my services anymore. Directly contradicting what was originally textually agreed to. This is severely disappointing. I see the reply from merry Beth to my comment and want to point out there was not an adequate amount of time for me being away. They did not give me 90 days per my contract and decided to fill my room and choose someone else while I was recovering without letting me know they were going to go ahead and do this. If I was unable to fulfill my contract they could have talked to me to see what we can do. And they chose to not do that and not offer me another contract. Thank you for taking the time to read. My daughter was only able to go in twice as appointments were difficult to schedule and not readily available. We called several times and finally went directly to the store. We were told the 2 special massage coupons expired and the remaining paid full price for expired 1 year after issue. The women at the front desk was not very welcoming. I had went in to see about Yoga lessons but was completely put off by the service. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
